At the end of 2009, I spent over $ 10 000 to upgrade my kitchen. I paid extra to get better granite. A few years ago, the granite started to crack. I was unable to act on it since I’ve been in and out of the hospital for back surgery. When I called the San Marcos store, I was told that the granite was not under warranty. Why did I pay extra for better granite for it to crack.
When granite was first placed, a hole was cut for the standard sink that they provide in the price quote. I told them I wanted to purchase my own sink so that it would be built to last. Another piece of granite had to be purchased since the hole wasn’t the correct measurement.
The rest of the kitchen looks showcase. When I called the San Marcos store, I spoke Gabriella and she told me that granite did not come with a warranty. It’s really sad that I spent this much money to be told something like that.
I will never do business with them again.

To start, the reason I called this company is because I wanted to save money. They offered a 10×10 kitchen for about $ 6000.00. I had Jerry come out. He seemed a little abrasive at first but, after spending some time with him I realized it was just his personality and I was able to see past it. He is very knowledgeable about his business and we went ahead and purchased from him. The job wasn’t seamless but, it was done to our liking and I am recommending his business.

I can’t say enough great things! We were misled by another company, who promised us a bathroom vanity. I Stopped by the SM store on a Tuesday, was given a quite on the spot, Jerry came out Wed. To measure and it was installed on Thursday. Thanks so much. Crystal was great in the showroom and everyone was professional. Will definitely do business with them again !!
