I was interested in their MOT program until I found out about their tuition! Good Lord, this place is ridiculously overpriced. I don’t see any longevity in the program with these costs! I am instead going to enter into an online program out of state and pay more than ½ less of this place. Even with the occasional weekends in New Mexico, it is way cheaper than this place.

I came here for a friends white coat ceremony. I’ve learned that with white coat ceremonies this is the next stage in the DPT(Doctorate in Phys. Therapy). After a year they go on to their clinical rotations and begin to start practicing what they’ve been learning in school. I was thinking about applying to this school, but my life took me elsewhere. Oh how life can change in any instant. The school overall looks new, I want to say approx. 5 – 6 years old. Really close by San Marcos and a bunch of local businesses and chains down the road. Your typical school with classrooms and offices, everything mainly white, shiny, and new! This school is a satellite school with the original campus being in Florida. They offer masters in OT, DPT, a dual degree program in OT/DPT, the new orthopedic PA program(new class starting 5⁄2011), PhD progs. in education and health sciences. I have only been here twice, and I don’t even attend the school. yes I know, how do I do a review on a school I’ve never been to. Well easy, you have a friend that goes here and people have applied, and I have researched myself when I thought I was going to apply to this school. I’ve heard that the DPT programs had just started to get competitve because people in SD have been hearing about this school due to its freshness in the SD area. Now they’re taking in more applications than every before. If you want to make it in to this school… STUDYSTUDYSTUDY, and be on top of the deadlines.
