Jim and Greg are fantastic! We have spent many morning’s, late night’s and even some weekend’s discussing/​planning our pool and landscape project for our new home. They’re both very experienced and educated in all facets. Jim and Greg have really enhanced our thoughts to put the WOW factor into what we’re trying to achieve. They think of everything and definitely have our backs. They treat our yard as if it’s their own. They have worked very hard to stay within our budget. Jim and Greg have been so helpful and professional. We are highly satisfied customers. At this point in the process of the project they score an A+ with us.

We experienced some unexpected settling/​shifting of the ground on our property and we live in the bonita area. So some of the pavers had shifted or in one area had raised up a ½ inch. I telephoned Matt Springer the south bay area supervisor of Western Outdoor Design/​Pavers. He sent his Crew supervisor «Chevo» who evaluated what needed to be done. We coordinated a date for his crew (Chevo, Cailo, Inez, and Carlos). They came in and did all the repair, cleaned up and did a awesome job. This was all covered by the company.
We could not have chosen a better paver company then Western Outdoor Design/​Pavers. We hope you will trust me and believe me that this ione of the best companies I had do work at my house in Bonita. Please give them a chance to do some awesome work at your house.

Joe and company did a great job of installing pavers for one of my patios in the backyard. The crew was quite, clean, and helpful. Work was done as planned and within budget with no surprises. Joe was particularly helpful from the beginning of the project to the end of the project. If I have another project I will not hesitate to call them again.

I posted a review on 3÷8÷2015 regarding Western Outdoor and not being satisfied. Since that posting, they have made right on our project and I would recommend them for your paving contract. After reading my review, upper management contacted us and made things right. Thank you!

I called this company to possibly design our backyard. A representative came out, showed us pictures, and gave us some really rough estimates on certain items. After he left, he sent me an email to let me know that if I had any questions, that I could contact him via his email or phone number. I replied with a bunch of questions regarding what was discussed. They never replied back, never followed up, nothing. And the 20% off mailer that they send out does not get applied to your project. I asked at the consultation and I kept getting the run-​around. I asked AFTER he quoted me on some stuff. So if I had presented that before, then they would have priced it higher. Not sure why there are no reviews yet for this company. Just seems very strange to me. I would definitely not contact them for any outdoor design or build.
