No complaint on the food, always been good. The ridiculous problem is that they never honor ANY Dominos advertised specials or pricing! Their prices are ALWAYS 2 to 3 times higher than what «Dominos» advertises on their website and commercials. I understand some locations are franchised and don’t have identical menus but this one in particular never offers any of the great deals that dominos brand promotes. People don’t expect a gourmet pizza from dominos, they want a low priced, decent meal and this location doesn’t provide that. They are riding the dominos brand name and charging their own high prices.

Went in here for the first time after I got off work. In a rush to get home, I forgot to leave a tip. I felt guilty after realizing how kind the staff was when I went to pick up my pizza. Plus, they kindly accommodated all of my picky requests without any fuss. Pizza was good too.

This dominoes location has very fast service and delivery. Would defiantly recommend to my friends and family. I go here at least 3 – 4 times a month and every time I am satisfied with the service as well as the quality of the food

One of the girls working there is always so friendly and outgoing. Her name is Tracy. If all of the employees got a lesson in customer service from this woman, I’d be more of a regular!

this location is always slammed. they service a large area here in town. they sometimes may have a longer delivery time but you can normally pick up faster than you can hang up the phone. most of the online and tv deals don’t apply to this location that’s the main downfall here. but the customer service here is like no other

Let me tell you something. This place is dope all around. I ordered on-​line and as soon as I was done ordering, someone in my group was all like «Actually I want pizza as well now.» …OMFG I ASKED LIKE 10 TIMES AND YOU SAID NO!!! Now I was like, what am I to do? I ordered online.
Fortunately, I called the store and asked them to upgrade it from a medium to a large. They said «No Probs Son!» and I was like «Yea». When the pizza arrived, they gave me the Large AND A MEDIUM for the price of a large. I guess they already made the medium and they were like, «WE GONNA GIVE IT TO THEM ANYWAYS!!!»
This place is mad dope son.
The pizza was hot and delicious.

Wow! I order from this place a few times a month but in the last few weeks this is the second time I’ve had to deal with a very rude employee! First one was Larry he was very rude and unprofessional told me that I can go elsewhere because i let him know that a pizza was made wrong! Second one was today over parking not sure if his name but his brother supposedly owns the building named Lenny. He couldn’t just tell me that I couldn’t park there while doing my laundry he had to call me a «stupid idiot» very uneducated and unprofessional employees!

Super Rude !!! A girl name TRACY answers my phone call I ask her the prices on a small pizza she says to me «oh that’s not going to be enough for delivery «mind you am just asking and I haven’t finished my order so I reply I haven’t finished my order and she responded «well you don’t have to order here» by far the one of the worst places it’s cheap pizza with nasty rude service…

So Domino’s is Domino’s, and usually you get what you expect — or worse.
This time, I got what I expected from this location, albeit on the upper end of that spectrum.
But what earns that extra star was the delivery driver. What a nice guy! The pizza was delivered fast, and, when he gave the total, he said something like, «I don’t remember what I was doing in that year…». Bless his little heart; he used one of my standard jokes. That gets the extra star (and a little more for his tip, too!).

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza, was delicious at the time I ate it. Unfortunately, few hours later my stomach was churning and had terrible cramps. Woke up at 3am and I was at the toilet for a gooood while. no Bueno!

So, the pizza is just like any other Domino’s pretty much — so-​so pizza at a low price. But wait! This particular D does not participate in coupons from the corporate D, which means the deals one sees on commercials are not honored. If you ask, they will offer some kind of discount, but not very much. So out the door you get the sense you could have purchased a WAY better pizza for about the same or not much more — and you wouldn’t have to put up with attitude — yeah, BS Marin ‘tude at a freakin’ Domino’s!

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and was up vomiting all night long. This place is horrible. Hopefully a few more negative reviews will get them checked out by the health department. Might even lodge a complaint against them.
Sad, cause Dominos seemed to have stepped up their game.

This 5-​star review is specifically for store employee TRACY. I have had the kind of day that one has nightmares about years later, just one rookie mistake after another and I can’t bear to face another human being. Getting delivery out here on the edge of the bay can be challenging, but i had noticed a Domino’s car in the hood recently so I called and asked. Tracy was so sweet and gracious and accomodating and man, this woman deserves a promotion or SOMETHING, she was just great and put the first smile on my face in hours. After I had placed my order online, she called ME to verify my address and was just kind and efficient and I would so hire this lady. Tracy, THANK YOU.
As for the food, I’ll report back, but I expect it to be Domino’s — tasty, standard, and not winning any Michelin stars or pats on the back from my fitness trainer. That is, if I had one.

It should be zero stars.
We wanted some pizza that was in expensive and decent after a long day of moving. Toss this Dominos off that list. I went to pick it up and the store looked dirty; that should have been a clue. We ate at 7:00 pm. I woke up feeling awful and vomited at work at 1:00 pm the following afternoon.
Message to Dominos employees — Start washing your hands.
Too bad there is not a negative stars option…
