I haven’t used this service but was disturbed by its service that i witnessed. I was taking my infant to the doctor and saw the car Cabulance waiting out front the John Muir building in Brentwood. As we walked up, i notice the young female driver on her phone. As we slowly walked into the building (toddler in tow), a nice senior male walked out the door and said hi and walked towards the car. I looked back, curious if she was going to help him get into the car. He walked slow and had a cane. And sure enough… nope, she didn’t get out of the car… she reached over and opened the door and tried to just push it open but it didn’t obviously open fully and the poor older man was left struggling to open the door and walk around it with his cane. This is ridiculous. Beware if you sign up for this service for your senior.
