Friendly service and the flowers were fresh. Alicia helped me pick flowers for a very special occasion and they were perfect. Exactly how I’d pictured them. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied taking care of even the smallest details such as the color ribbon on the bouquet. I will go there every time for my floral needs.

I ordered sympathy flowers for my friend that works across the street. I called the florist first to ask about getting flowers delivered the same day. I then ordered through the website as instructed. I got an email confirmation at 9:45 am. At 1:30 pm I get a notification that my order was cancelled. I called the florist and she said she tried to find the order but couldn’t. I understand system issues, that’s not the problem. The problem was that Alicia never apologized or offered to maybe waive the delivery fee, especially since it was going right across the street. For future reference, an apology can go along way. Poor customer service. Will not be using them again.

I used Alicia as my wedding designer… she did it all. The flowers, if course, are still talked about by friends & family… they have never seen such beautiful arrangements at a wedding. But as to the design of my entire wedding… I told her I wanted gatsby style vintage romantic wedding… that is basically it… she went above and beyond. The venue is asking me for our pictures because it was that beautiful!

Holy smokes! This establishment isn’t very concerned about the average customer. It was very difficult to find their location, mostly because they are not located at the address on their website. :) When I called for help, someone that did not work there answered the phone, but could not help me since they were waiting for a person call! Finally, an actual employee called me back and gave me the correct address. When I arrived at the correct location, I discovered they moved to a location where parking is a lot more challenging, but I digress. Once inside, I suggested they include their correct address on their website. The employees response was literally one word, «Oh.» I paid for my flowers and left. Needless to say, it is time to start learning how to grow my own flowers. :)
