Massage Green Spa

So decided to do a couples massage for Valentines Day. Scheduled an appointment almost two weeks prior. I get a call the night before at around 7 PM that one of the therapist had a family emergency and we may only have one massage. They offered us a free sauna for the other and free hot packs. They ended up calling someone to come in last min for the next day. Which was great but I had to call in the am to find out what was going on, before driving down to Sb for the day. Mind you I don’t live near by and saying to come on in at the scheduled time which was 1pm. So we get there early… about 12:40 or so to fill out any paperwork to be on time to change and whatnot. We don’t have the two therapist arrive in the waiting room till 1:08 then still needed to change which was probably 1:13 or so once they came back in. The massage was for 60min and it ended right at 2:00 when I check my watch. I mentioned something to the guy as paying and just said sorry. I didn’t even get my extra add on for free or anything after everything. Kinda disappointed. The place is actually really pretty and the massage was good… So I gave it two stars lol.

Booked 90 minute couples massage from Groupon with the infrared sauna treatment. Had some miscommunication with the scheduling (received multiple calls to confirm wrong times) but was seen on time at the correct time. However, we did not receive the infrared treatment because the appointment ended too late. We were never offered to reschedule the infrared sauna treatment even though we paid the additional fee. Overall the massage quality was very good and everyone was nice, although I was disappointed with the miscommunication and not receiving the treatment that I purchased.

We were heard to santa barbara randomly and wanted a couples massage. A guy named chandelier got us right in… I had the BEST deep tissue massage by a girl named Belle, she was amazing I highly recommend a massage by her! Great experience and my husband loved his massage too.

This is by far the worse service I’ve ever received from any business. I spoke to somebody named chandler and he «booked and reserved» 4 massage spots for a Saturday that I was out in Santa Barbara with my cousins. When we got there, the girl couldn’t find me on their system and the guy there took my credit card info.
She did feel bad and tried to somehow accommodate us for another day but it was not going to work because we were there only for the week end. Not only that but I went to the back to use the restroom and all the rooms were empty.
Poor costumer service will not ever be back.

Very clean and professional place to get a deep tissue massage from excellent therapist. Friendly staff and supportive of your treatment and well being. Best sauna in town.

Had an amazing facial with a very experienced facialist who had calm and healing energy. Love the infrared sauna, and the fact that they’re open until 9 pm!

I love this spa! The staff is very sweet and personable. I do the infrared sauna and the price for this service is totally unbeatable in Santa Barbara. I highly recommend this place for busy moms who need some downtime. It’s great!

This Spa is absolutely wonderful! I went in with a migraine thinking I had to pay a million dollars to try and mix my neck and rid my stress but came out happier, more relaxed, and not broke! The first time massage was 29 something and the Axxess deal is also 29 something, i believe, so their prices are awesome, and well worth it. My masseuse was Sky (?) and though I’ve never had a massage by someone so young, she was incredible and really knew her stuff. One of the best massages I have ever had. The front desk girl was kind of rude but ignore her the experience is amazing otherwise!

I don’t post reviews often, but my last massage was one of the best I’ve ever had so this review is deserved. My massage was with Jeff and he told me at the beginning of the appointment that some of his techniques are not traditional, which is exactly what I needed. I’m not a high intensity athlete or body builder, but I’m active and really like getting massages every few months to help release tension primarily in my back. Jeff’s techniques felt so great during the massage but the effects afterward are what prompted this review. All of the tension in my back is gone even a week later. I will definitely be back!

This place is tops. It has a very fair membership plan, great therapists, and a friendly staff. Pretty much everything you’d want in a massage spa experience!

First time here at Massage Green Santa Barbara & using the infrared sauna. Such a calm & soothing experience with the eucalyptus towel. The décor is beautiful & so inviting as well as the staff. Rosie helped me at the front desk & was very friendly, informative, and professional. Hands down my new favorite massage parlor in SB!

I’ve been a member for almost a year now. I love this place. I have been to several therapists and they have all been GREAT! I wasn’t sure since I have gone to other «membership style» massage spas in town. I’m really happy with Massage Green. Ask for Sean!

I am a new member at Massage Green having transferred over from Massage Envy where I was a member for 7 years (I am loyal), but, after looking into what Massage Green had to offer I felt that
their services and mission statement were more in agreement with my own.
I try to go as often as possible as I feel that I get wonderful treatments there, service with a smile
along with a very comfortable setting.
I would recommend Massage Green to anyone looking for a great place to unwind, services now
include a sauna (have not tried it yet) but plan to use it after one of my massages.

Kumar gave a great massage! I came in with stiff & sore muscles and walked out feeling fantastic! He used very little oil which I prefer. I highly recommend him!

Guillermo was absolutely wonderful. He gives off a genuinely kind, friendly, and soothing vibe which complimented his skillful hand movements. The massage was fantastic, just the right pressure to stretch the muscles without feeling uncomfortable. He adds a little something extra to some of the basic techniques and I really enjoyed that attention to detail. If I could give him an extra star I would.
The introductory price was 30 $, which is a great deal for a private, one hour massage. The woman at the front desk and the one on the phone were friendly and accommodating, and the facility was relaxing and clean. Would definitely recommend Massage Green based on my experience so far

1) People who work at the front desk are careless and unhelpful. They always book an appointment for me and then call me back to say the therapist is not available or they cannot do certain kind of massage, it’s frustrating!
2) The therapists are not professional and they can not really fix my issue. The pressure seems like somebody just touching your skin. One time I had an appointment with Chris and he was running 10 minutes late and finally he did not expend the time for the customer, that’s ridiculous.
3) The massage oil smells old and bad, and they never change it. I do not think the oil is healthy for the body so that I had to jump in the shower immediately after the massage.

Before receiving a service gift from Massage Green, I had never had a massage before. The package I was gifted included a Full-​Body Massage and a complete Facial.
Lauryn was my masseuse and Denise was my esthetician. I absolutely loved the experience. Since that first visit, I’ve since signed up for monthly services and have recommend Massage Green to my friends/​family. Really, if you haven’t gone in yet… go.
