This place is a rip off. They only showed us a menu with 40 dollar pedi options and pointed to them and said «which one «Realised after there was a regular one after. sneaky, bad business.

Great place to get a wax. Fast, friendly and professional. I don’t get to see Kim as often as I need to (busy work schedule) but when I do come in I am greeted with a warm smile and a kind word. This place is great, inexpensive and professional.

I noticed a sign next to BofA and thought I will give this place a try. Looking for having your nails done? Make your decission also by looking at the technitian’s nails… Judge for yourself. This is a great sample ;) you will end up with something similar. If it is your style, please go ahead ;) and don’t complain.
My nails got a very nice design, which I loooooooved, unfortunately they were all slightly different lengths, surface was not even and very thick. First thing i did after comming back home was to grab a nailfile and even them out. They meant to not yellow for a month (as i’ve ‘upgraded’ for powder). The ‘gel’ is slowly but consistently detaching from my nails next to cuticles. I am not sure why…
I must say she was kind and not too talkative. That’s a big plus.

This place is cheap but NOT worth it because when she dosen’t have people around kims job is amazing but when its packed she stops doing your nails to go wax a person or do another job and instead of taking 30 min to a hour of a nail job process it takes her way more and i’m so mad she yelled at me for not faning my nails wtf is that? I just did a manicure and im so mad it’s not even been a day and the plastic part of the nail riped off (i was washing my hair) but still the nails had more than 3 hours of drying time and i told her more than twice that i didn’t want thick nails and again she did what she pleased i’m going tommarow again for her to either fix them or i want my money back no excusses i’m going to call as a appointment.

My Aunt’s have been going to Kim there for years so I had her do mine and my daughters nails last Saturday. She does a rush job that my daughter disliked and last night I took the nails off. That should say something. I wont have my nails done there again, oh and she cut me and still expected a tip!

Said appointment would be in an hour and it’s been longer (and I’m on a time limit). I hope I can get my mani done in time too, but they are awesome for helping me past 7:30pm since I’m in a pinch! Their prices are always good and the hot stones make the pedi all worth it. Hard working ladies! This is my go-​to pedicure spot.

I noticed a sign for this place after leaving the Dollar Tree last week, especially since they charge $ 15 for a pedicure! They didn’t have a phone number on Unilocal,so I found one on google and posted it on Unilocal.Making an appt was easy and the ladies were really nice and friendly. They had a good selection of nailpolish to choose from, brands ranging from OPI, Orly, and store brands as well. Tu did my pedicure and she was a doll. She used 2 large hot stones to massage my legs which was really nice. They take credit cards and you can add the tip afterwards.
Minus one star for no AC, but they did have a fan and also it didn’t seem like the cleanest of places, but not dirty enough for me not to come back.

Accidentally found this place and what a gem! I like the added touch of warm stones and invigorating foot and leg massage without paying extra. I found the technicians very friendly and enjoy the spa chair. I brought in my family members and they have enjoyed their pedicures. My husband actually liked this place (cuz of the warm stone foot massage) … that’s a good sign! I’ve noticed I’ve seen the women bring in their men. I even ran into my daughter’s friend and she’s been going here for years!

My nails are different shapes and lengths, I watched my tech clean STUFF (i dont even want to think about the mixture of cuticle, dirt and other crap from peoples nails) off tools while she soaked the gel off my nails, she tore most of the gel off my nails after soaking for 15 mins and then had the audacity to tell me my nails were weak. Yeah lady, look what you’re putting them through!
I was in desperate need to get my nails done before an interview and was driving down El Camino in Santa Clara when I saw a wooden sign pointing to Neo’s. It’s down a side street and not well advertised so I’m not sure how anyone finds this place. Dirty, dirty, dirty! The rice cooker was in the middle of everything with polish, tools, paper towels, personal bills etc scattered around. I asked if I added the tip before or after she ran my card and she said after and said it would be $ 18. When i got the slip she had run it for $ 20! I didn’t know if I heard her wrong so I tipped her another $ 2. I don’t know why, she clearly did this on purpose!
My nails look OK. None of them look the same. They do have a lot of gelish polish and different colors and patterned acrylics. Cheap but you’ll definitely see why!
