In town for a conference and walked here from our hotel. What a great surprise. Excellent pizza, very friendly service, fair prices. Vanya was particularly helpful. I had never heard of this chain before(i don’t think it’s in Dallas, where we live), but will definitely go again if they have a location where I am.

I’ve yet to have a sour experience here. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The tables could use a wipe down between patron visits, but otherwise, a-otay!

Can’t go wrong with this chain. Fresh ingredients, large slices and fairly close to new york style pizza(I’m from east coast, and there’s something about east coast pizza that is difficult to replicate… maybe the water used for the dough?). We always get an extra large half maui(pineapple/ham) and half pepperoni/sausage, double sliced, which is enough for 5 adults. Good service, easy parking.

I was in the area for meeting, just arrived to my hotel from Montréal and needed to eat, this place was just around the corner(lucky for me). All the Pizza’s looked amazing, i tried the all veggy and the Pesto one. The pesto was just too much(even if you are a pesto fan), I mean they didnt cheapen on the pesto but the flavor was a little too much. the all Veggy(or total veggy) was AMAZING. A great pizza in a reasonable price. They know what they are doing :)

Good pizza when you can get the kind you want. Boyfriend and I have been here several times and usually they have pesto or mushroom. Today they had neither. Six minutes to wait. That’s fine unless of course you only have an hour like us. On the positive side, they did comp my bf for the old Big Sur piece. It doesn’t make up for not having ample selection during rush hour lunch. Although I like the green tiles in the bathroom, I still want to know where the heck the purse/bag hooks are? It’s disgusting putting your purse on the floor. I’ve complained several times. Nobody but me seems to care. Tells you something about management.

The pizza is good and my few dine-in experiences were good. However, the reason for the 2 stars is due to them being super late for a work lunch order that I placed online a week earlier and confirmed the day before by phone, the driver was about 30 minutes late. Try having 18 hungry people with a limited lunch hour in the same room with you waiting for 30 minutes out of a 1 hour meeting. I still tipped the driver since I don’t know if it’s his fault but come on.

Just got here 12ish and they have no pizzas, no one in line, and a 15 minute wait for a slice!!# First Pizza My Heart I have been to with a ridiculous wait for a slice! I’ll take the drive to the Valley Fair Mall where they do have slices of pizza!

Food Quality — Pizza was good, however $ 30+ for a 8 sliced pizza or $ 4+ per slice is a bit overkill… Customer Service — Bad/No greeting or acknowledgment of your presence, all staff were standing around

Who doent like food served on a frisbee? Some say the frisbee is free to take home. Good pizza with crazy wierd ingredients but somehow they taste good. You can get a pizza with apple slices and gorgonzola. Another has patrami, mustard and perponicci. Tastes like a togos numbe nine. Pizza is precooked. they sell it by the slice and heat it up. Only complaint is crust is really thin and can be very flimsy on a reheat.

Oh dear, not a good experience. We ordered a pizza and cheesy bread online, the online ordering is really easy. Despite this, we need not have bothered ordering. It said there was a 20 minute order time, so we ordered, arrived 20 minutes later to be told our Pizza would take 20 minutes to make… well yeah, that is why we ordered 20 minutes ago! The unhelpful man then said that although it wasn’t ready we could pay! Well thanks, but we paid online! Do you not know how your ordering system works??? We waited for our pizza, then went home to discover that they missed the 2 dips out of the cheesy bread. We had ordered the Maverick Pizza but asked for normal bacon instead of Canadian bacon. They had picked up on taking the Canadian bacon off but had not replaced it with normal bacon. This place must be pinching the pennies, no dip and less meat. The cheesy bread was very bland — may have been better with dips if we had them… The pizza was ok, nothing special but fairly good. Overall a disappointing experience. What could of been a easy satisfying experience it was riddled with silly mistakes which sadly means I will be looking for somewhere else to get pizza next time.

We ordered a 1 topping pizza and received a thick layer of rubbery cheese. Disgusting. * Sunnyvale location is much better. * This location is so stingy with their ranch; the cups weren’t even half full.

Despite the poor experience, I keep finding myself coming here for the pizza. I just love my thin crust pizza, and I am quite partial to the chicken bacon and pesto pizzas. I am not sure if the owner reads Unilocal, but the last few times I have noticed pepperoni has always been in stock– a plus for my pepperoni-only loving husband. I also noticed the staff seem to be more customer involved. If this trend continues, I’ll be sure to up the star rating :)

I like my pizza crust crunchy but this place had it burned. The big sur was great. The little sir and the bacon and chicken were ok. The San Jose international airport branch prepared their pies better. Service is great Pizza is overpriced at $ 4.25 a slice

I would love to come here again when we are close by. Everyone was friendly and it was very easy to order. Everything looked good and you would want to have everything! My daughter suggested the pesto… so pesto it is. If you have it to go, they will warm/toast it for you. It won’t take long either. After trying it for the first time, for sure we are coming back. They also have salad. Need to try the other pizzas next time.

TLDR: Pizza My Heart is overpriced but OK. Price for a slice was something crazy — $ 4 each or so. I think most adults will need two slices. So $ 8/person. That’s steep. Pizza was pretty fresh and OK, but not amazing, and not worth the green. The place is clean and has TVs showing sports. Parking is readily available. The tables have always been dirty when I’m there, even though overall the building feels clean. Also, I’d recommend getting slices, not full pizzas — for whatever reason when we got a full pizza it was much soggier/floppy than when we ordered by the slice. Epic pizza commands $ 4 price tags. OK pizza does not.

A very sports-bar feeling place. The slices here are huge and unique. I got the slice of the day for Monday(«Fort Point») and the Maui Wowie(their version of the Hawaiian). The Fort Point was really good but on the pretty salty side. There were plenty of toppings(pesto, artichoke slices, sausage, chicken, tomato sauce, cheese)! However, the toppings overwhelmed the thin pizza crust-I wish the crust were thicker. The Maui Wowie was ok-like your typical Hawaiian pizza EXCEPT with wider ham slices and more pineapples! My friend wanted the single slice+shirt combo(which is $ 6 mind you) buy they didn’t have his size-maybe next time!
