I’ve called up for an auto quote, the staff were super helpful. They helped me with the quote and explained all the available discounts that I was eligible for. Will definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for their insurance needs.

Rich is a super nice guy, who is always willing to make an extra phone call or two to make sure you are happy with the insurance service he is providing. It really is awesome to know you have someone who cares about his customers getting what they need. Please check his Google+ Reviews for more accurate reviews. The ones on Unilocal seem to be geared towards Allstate’s policy, not Rich’s. I am not affliated with Mr. Perilli or Allstate other than being a customer for the last few years.

If I could give minus stars I would. We have been a customer of Allstate for 25 years. We recently bought a new car and shopped quotes. Due to the customer service experience I had with Allstate we made a decision to check other insurance companies and to our surprise found a much lower rate for the exact amount of coverage with a national company with an excellent rating. We cancelled our current policy with Allstate two weeks prior to the end of our contract, sent the proper information (declaration statement) to this office and requested our policy be cancelled. 4 months later we received a bill for the full amount of the policy which had already been paid. I have made numerous phone calls to this agency, had to email the declaration policy again and again to clear up any remaining correspondence with this company. Three months later I have now received a collection notice stating we still owe money to a company we haven’t done business with in six months. The person answering the phones has been of no help and I am very tired of the «ping pong» match going between her and «their billing department». We pay our bills off each month and I am appalled that this «phantom bill» has been turned over to a collection agency.
On another note after having the same policy with no claims for 25 years, we weren’t even ask why we were leaving the agency. No follow ups from the principle of the agency or the company.
Buyer beware is all I can say at this point. Glad to be done with this agency!
