Debbie’s Hallmark Shop

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated in the store. Last week I went in and they had me sign up for crown rewards. This week I was sent an offer for $ 5 off a $ 10 purchase. Today they would not accept it. They were rude. I don’t expect the store to be in business much longer. The worst part is, they would not even try the coupon. They just said we don’t think we are supposed to take it so they didn’t. Terrible business practice, no wonder these shops keep closing.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Asked for assistance and I was rudely told to look for it myself because they were too busy. There were about 4 older women standing behind the counter chatting and the lady I spoke to was just fixing the boxes of the ornaments. Unfortunately even though I live walking distance from this hallmark I’d rather drive further and take my business elsewhere than to deal with rude employees from this place.

I love this Hallmark Store! Been coming here since I moved to Canyon Country 7 years ago. The ladies that work here always give their time to help you out especially when you are looking for something specific. Thank you for an excellent customer service. I believe this is family owned because they take pride in their store. (Parking is a plus because there is plenty!)

Seriously when I read the other reviews I’m starting to take it personal every time I go in. I never get good service when I’m in this store. Guess it’s just me. My husband always refers to this Hallmark as the «one with the ladies who have a stick up their
A$&.» We really try to not come here as service always is bad for us but sometimes it’s convenient. We went in a couple nights ago to get a card and gift bags. As we started to walk in one of the employees was just standing at the door staring out into space and as soon as she saw us come in she turned around and started vacuuming and didn’t even greet us. Whatever I need to get what I need to get. The entire time we were in there not one person approached us. Finally I got what I needed and headed to the cashier. When I approaches the register two ladies behind the register started a conversation while I was waiting to be rung up. Finally the cashier just looked at me and didn’t say anything. Finally I said «hello «and she looked at me like I was crazy. Seriously people it’s a hallmark ! I work customer service too and I would never treat a guest like this let alone not acknowledge them. That’s why I would rather drive to Topanga and go to papyrus cards. Hallmarks customer service has really gone down hill, that or people are just used to crappy service. Pretty sad.

This is a beautiful Hallmark store! The layout is good with something for everyone. The choices are phenomenal whether your shopping for gifts, cards, ornaments or beautiful wrapping paper and bags with matching tissue paper. She has home décor, clothes, handbags, glassware, stuffed animal, books… the list goes on and it’s all good quality.
Employees are friendly, some more than others, and always professional.

first off, Gold Crowne stores are a dying breed. So many have gone out of business. But on to my visit. It was wonderful. The ladies there are so sweet and a wonderful young man who was very sweet. Gold Crownes are the only way to get Hallmark ornaments of which I am addicted. They are m drug of choice LOL. They have tons of other great collectibles and cards. I will be going back again and again. As to prices, you pay for quality. If you want trash go to walmart. This is a great store that I so hope continues to thrive.

Great selection and always find what I need at this Hallmark even if others around the area don’t have a certain item.
