Planet Yogurt

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! It’s about time this place shuts down!!! The owners of this place are down right rude and condescending, and not to mention the yogurt is terrible and watered down compared to your local competition such as Yogurtland and Golden Spoon. Also, the young blonde lady behind the counter by the name of Jamie was disrespectful and snobby, and seemed like she has no interest in working there or helping out customers besides just flirting with the other male staff behind the counter. I cannot believe a place like this has stayed in business for this long maybe if the yogurt was good it would be better, but the yogurt is not good! Planet Yogurt you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I hope something better will come in its place next!

Yogurt is … well … yogurt. Not a big difference.
What makes this place great is 2 things. First: conveniently located right next to the theater for before and after snacks. Second: the owners are the nicest most welcoming people. You are not a customer, you are family on your first visit.

Very few yogurt flavors! Like 4 I like to have a bunch to choose from, and it tasted fake! Meh

It’s been awhile since I was here. But when I was there I had a horrible and awkward experience. I walked in while I was on break from work which is across the street and ask for a sample cup, to see what flavors I wanted to get. The lady at the counter was annoyed that I ask her for some sample cups and rolled her eyes at me. She only gave me one sample cup and then said to me only do a tab. I’m like ok? So first of all that means I only get to try one and what if I don’t like it. But I was like ok I’ll try one. So I then proceeded to get a sample and the lady was right behind me very close to my ear and said in a very angry tone «I told you just a dab» I then said very annoyed to her okay. And just walked out and went to bake you happy across the street. I haven’t been back since and they’re really missing out. I work full time right across the street and have a major sweet tooth. I get frozen yogurt at less once a week and this place would of been perfect because it’s only a minute walk from my office.

Ultra hip vibe greets you as soon as you walk in – candy, tvs, etc. Yogurt is noticeably different by look as well as taste. I thought froyo was only different due to flavors, but Planet Yogurt tastes of rich and delicious quality that is unlike, and far superior to, any other brand. Frozen yogurt is my one regular splurge, so I can really tell a difference here. And, if the flavor and quality weren’t enough, the owner is out and about interacting with his guests. He possesses a deep passion not only for the quality of his product, but for his guests as well. Pride of ownership reeks about the place, as it is clean, fun, healthy, and staffed by top-​notch employees. Wonderful experience!

Love this place! The owners are very welcoming. The protein shakes are great. Extremely addicting! Perfect for a post workout snack. The shakes are made with NSA yogurt and whey protein. They have 26g of protein and 190 calories.

Planet Yogurt sets the example of the perfect small business. The owner is super cool, the place is super clean, and the kids loved it so much, that it’s always their first selection when they choose.
I recommend this spot to parents who want a clean and fun outing for their kids.

First visit here today. I came out of the movie theater and noticed this cute little frozen yogurt shop and thought I would give it a try. The couple that run it are extremely nice. They seem to really care if you were enjoying your experience at the shop. The yogurt was yummy and the toppings were really good. My yogurt was $ 4.40 all together. (it goes by weight). I forgot to use my movie stub tho cuz you can get 10% off that way.

This place is one of the cleanest establishments I’ve ever seen… spotless. It is right next to the theater, so a great location to get yogurt right after the movie. I tried the chocolate protein shake. It is their own unique recipe — excellent. They have a nice outdoor seating area as well. If it is cold, they have blankets for you :-) definitely will be back.

The gentleman that helped us seemed to genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. I work in retail so I know what it’s like to fake it and he was the real deal. He went the extra mile to make my boyfriend and I feel at home.
Even though the place was empty we got lured in by the sign that offered a discount with a movie ticket (Awesome perk!) My boyfriend ordered a chocolate banana shake and it was so creamy!
What impressed us was that the owner offered to refill my boyfriend’s milkshake when he was about half way with his shake. Instead of throwing away the leftovers he had in his blender he poured it into my boyfriend’s cup! I know this might seem insignificant to most but it created a «wow» factor. This simple act showed his generosity and kindness; something that you’ll never find in chain stores. I could tell this man honestly loves what he does and this made our day!
P. S. They also have board games available for guests to play! Even though I lost both games of checkers, I had a blast! :)

I just discovered this yogurt shop recently because it opened up recently right next to the theater that I always go to with my boyfriend. I love the selection they have here, and I love love love their peanut butter topping and real whip cream! This is the epitome of a Mom and Pop shop. Remember those? The owners were there the last two times I was in and they seem to really care about their customers. That’s not something you see every day anymore now is it? Great yogurt… great toppings… great service… I am definitely on my way to becoming a regular!

Had a great time here at planet yogurt. The women behind the counter was so nice and helpful. Perfect treat after a hard day of work.

I tried this place and I didn’t like the yogurt and toppings look old. The people were nice.

I have to start out by saying Robert and Peg are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. My family feels so blessed to know them. I’m excited for the new location and up beat feel. The Dannon yogurt really hits the spot. And never hurts my tummy. Which I’m sensitive to just about everything. Planet Yogurt is the best in my eyes. They have everything from nonfat to sugar free and on. Flavors are always rotated so you have new ones to try. Ducelche is our favorite, so a must try! They also now have protein shakes for after your workout. Wow this is awesome. Such a great spot and so close too Golds gym and Edwards theater. It’s really warming up outside so need to get in for my shake and yogurt. 5 stars!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owners were so kind, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with GENUINE smiles & they kept coming out to see how we were doing. Doesn’t sound like much but we could tell they were truly glad we made the trip there. Yogurt was great as well! The location is a bit odd, it’s hidden to the right side of the theatre. Enjoy!!!

I stopped in for a coffee and ended up getting a frozen yogurt too. The new location looks great and the Yogurt is the best in town. I met the owner Peggy and she was the nicest. Great frozen yogurt and even better customer service! I will be back for sure!

Best frozen yogurt around! Tastes great with so many options how can you go wrong. Love the new location right next to the movie theater so you can get something tasty before your movie. Everyone go check it out

Been going here since they were at there old location and now at there new and better location. The yogurt is great. The owners are there to make sure the customers are happy and do whatever it take to keep happy customers. 5 Stars for Planet Yogurt

I was so so sad when Planet Yogurt had to move. But I’m so so thrilled, as is my family that they have opened back up and are just as incredible as always! Each of their flavors I get has concrete flavor meaning, they are delish! Peg and Bob are incredible owners who treat all customers whether it’s their first time coming in, or repeat customers as if they are long time friends. Their store is always immaculate as well, which sadly other yogurt stores that were around in our area didn’t make sure they did. PY, clean, great flavors, great owners… What’s not to love?
