Showed up on time; fair price was quoted, yet I had a couple more stairs than I thought, and he stuck to price that he quoted, thus, they went beyond the call of duty. The heavy safe move was perfect. No issues whatsoever, and I would recommend him.

I had them open an old Star wall safe in our new home. The last owner didn’t have the combination that he had put in since it hadn’t been used in a long while. They arrived within 30 minutes of the agreed upon time. He drilled, opened, cleaned, lubricated, repaired and reset the combination for $ 325. It took about 2 hours. I was pleased with the workmanship and would recommend them.

I recently had my in ground combination safe switched from a combination to a digital lock for easier opening. I called Richardson Safe and they sent a technician out the next day. Edward did a fantastic job explaining all my options and showing me three different types of digital dials. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared the good and bad of each product. Courteous, professional, clean and neat. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company.

Hands down the best moving service I have *ever* worked with. The drivers were professional and courteous. The amount of time and detail they spent to ensure the move had zero impact on the source and destination locations was impressive. My entire experience from the initial phone call to the safe happily sitting my den was perfect. I highly recommend them.

Dave Richardson is awesome. I had an old safe that I Purchased and the code was not right to open it. Dave FIT ME IN Later in the day and him and his worker spent way too much time trying to open the safe for me. He cracked it of course, and still honored the original price that he quoted me. I really don’t how to express how great of a craftsman he is. I would recommend him to someone who needs his services.

Called to have my safe moved from garage to garage, approx. 70 miles. Safe is very nice, special order metallic burgundy color. When I called, pricing was in line, even a little below others that I had called and they appear from their website to have a lot of experience. When I spoke to Dave, the owner, I asked if the safe would be wrapped in blankets for the transport and he replied «Of course».
Well, when the safe arrived at my home (I was unable to be at the pickup location, was waiting at drop off location), it arrived wrapped loosely with a TARP! That’s right, an abrasive, old, dirt ridden tarp that had been flapping in the wind for the past 70 miles and rubbing all over my safe!
Needless to say, my safe’s paint is all scuffed, scoured, dulled, and otherwise ruined thanks to this move. The move otherwise was ok. If you have an industrial safe that you don’t care about the exterior of, then these guys might be ok. If you care about the finish on your safe, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Was treated with horrible customer service throughout the process. Dave and his employees were mean and I felt like I was being cheated. Then, when delivering the safe they brought the wrong one! They gave me a small discount to help, but after the way I had been treated it didn’t matter. The safe was recoded successfully, but I will be going somewhere else next time.

He came in for a consultation and measured the old office and the new office and showed up on time and was very pleasurable to work with. Edward and his team worked so hard to move the safe.
