Dr. Morse is very good and some of his staff are terrific. Unfortunately, there are a few who should be in another line of work. I found one set of front office employees to be diligent and helpful on one visit. The next day, a different set of employees were condescending and rude. One actually turned around and walked away without a word literally as I was talking to her. The other employee said, «She’s going to lunch.»

This office is horrible. One person tells you something and another tells you something completely different. Very difficult to get your supplies. Get the feeling nobody knows what’s going on here. Would not recommend. Santa Cruz needs another sleep disorder clinic.

I’ve known Ron for many years and he’s a good doctor. However, that being said, his office is horrible. The staff is apathetic. I felt like I was an inconvenience to their day. HARD to get them to sell supplies. They want $ 2500 for a cpap machine that goes for $ 800 on line. They don’t return phone calls, and they DONOTLISTEN! I’ll be shopping on line. Even with my insurance, it will be cheaper. They need some competition in Santa Cruz.

Ew. Not only was Dr. Morse 45 minutes late, he was so rushed in our appointments that I didn’t get a full picture of my sleep patterns(even after asking for clarification). Worst of all, he didn’t listen to what I was saying. He kept talking over me and when I told him I wasn’t interested in continuing services due to concerns I had(cost, etc), he became even ruder. A good Dr. will listen to your concerns and problem solve with you. This Dr. said«well it’s obvious you don’t want to continue so good luck.» I get the sense that he’s not going to «waste his time» with patients who aren’t going to continue to line his pockets PLUS his«do as I say» attitude stinks. Go elsewhere if you can.
