Worst shoe store I’ve ever been in. The kids working there are too busy on their phones to help and then when I finally get someone’s attention they start arguing over who doesn’t want to help me the most. Ended up just walking out

Been here 3 – 4 times and was actually able to find shoes that fit me each time. Most places don’t stock enough large (12 – 13 wide) shoes, but they usually have several for me to choose from. Customer service is generally good without being annoying. Prices are reasonable.

Terrible store and products. I bought Bearpaw boots two months ago. Paid over $ 75. The soles came unglued. Store refused any replacement or compensation. I have emailed corporate. Waiting for a response.

OK — we all know that this place sells shoes — or we should at least guess that based on the name… I’m reviewing the customer service, which was fantastic, especially compared to the locations in Paso Robles and Palos Verdes, CA locations.
The super friendly staff greeted us at the door and even told me how to work the system to use my birthday gift certificate in Los Angeles towards the purchase I just made, since I’d forgotten to bring it with me.
