The worst gas station. They will steal your money. Which gas station doesn’t allow you to get your money back if you prepaid and did not use the entire amount? They said«we» never do that. Hm are you sure you’re doing business in the USA where the laws prohibit stealing from customers ?! The shift supervisor claimed that it was their company’s policy to do that. I asked for a written policy and he was unable or more like failed miserably to back up his«audacious» claim. Also blamed customer since it was their fault not telling them what type of a vehicle you’re driving. Somehow if my car didn’t need to use all 40 bucks of premium gas I just had to either forget about the rest of the money or drink it. Since the shift supervisor claim that it was Giant’s company policy I cant help but think that Giant is in the business of stealing, ripping off customers, lying, and blaming. STAYAWAY.

On 08/15/2013 I stopped at this gas station to get gasoline. I tried to use a MasterCard gift card at the pump. I inserted the card and followed the on screen directions. The directions said see the attendant. I walked into the store and told the cashier what had happened. She asked me how much I wanted to put on the card. I told her I did not know the exact balance on the card but wanted to use it all. She said she needed an exact amount to enter. She suggested I go back out and try the card at the pump again. I did that and it still didn’t, work. I thought maybe I had mixed up the gift cards and was trying to use one that had a zero balance. I then tried another gift card that t knew had not yet been used. I got the same message to see the attendant. At this point I was so disgusted I left without going back into the store. I know that when I use a gift card that companies put a hold on the money when you receive services. I did not know that happened when the transaction never went through. They have now had $ 127.32 for 9 days. I know that it usually takes 2 to 3 days to clear a hold and waited before emailing them. I have now contacted them 4 times by email and the only response I got was from Steve Hord who suggested that who I really meant to contact was Giant Food Stores and gave me their Web address. I promptly emailed him back and said no that it was them I was trying to contact. That was 2 days ago and I still have not gotten a response. I finally called the gift card company and they stated that Giant has the legal right to hold my money for 2 weeks. BEWAREWHENUSINGGIFTCARDSATGIANTGASSTATIONSTHEYAREGOINGTOKEEPYOURMONEYFOR2WEEKS!!!
