I sent James Reid a vintage belt with silver buckle and details which I had purchased years ago. This is no longer in their current line. The silver was still in excellent shape, but the shaped leather belt needed to be replaced. They quoted me $ 110 by phone. I sent the belt and silver to them and it was just returned with a perfectly shaped new black leather belt. Rather than the $ 110 charge, it was only billed at $ 88. Excellent, honest service and workmanship. Greatly appreciated.

James Reid has an Incredible selection of the best quality belts and buckles in the Southwest. Choose from a variety of leather straps and select your unique silver and/​or gold buckle set to match. There are also gorgeous cuff links and jewelry to accentuate any apparel. Top notch in every way!

I’ve been shopping too much at James Reid since the day they opened. I have way more of their belts than anyone deserves but the quality and uniqueness of design is so evident — grade A all the way. Just pick your buckle set and have the very helpful staff advise you on a strap that goes well with it. I have a couple of buckles on reptile skin that you can wear for a dressy look or put the set on leather and wear it with jeans. Either way you’ll come away with a beautiful and unique fashion statement.
Although they focus on the buckles and straps, they have lots of other jewelry and art options.
Just gorgeous! But, this beauty doesn’t come cheap — so, be prepared to pay for their handcrafted work, especially if you get into the sterling/​14k gold combination buckles.
