Friend bought everything here, I picked up a pair of painted looking black jeans that I love wearing.

I agree with the other reviewers, this place is bit on disorganized side, clearance area upfront is a pig stye. One of the smaller stores, even though it’s two stories. But I did see some good finds and you can’t beat their sales, especially their pre Black Friday sales, the only reason I come back! It’s Santa Monica and it’s at the Promenade — expect what you wouldn’t want to expect, crowded at times, long lines and a bit messy :/

I’ve seen this brand but inside was surprisingly unexpected. Lots of basic clothing which is what I look for. I could’ve dropped a grand in this place. I’ll be back. Prices were great for the quality.

Good and cheap as always. Lots of sale items. A large store with two levels. Some apathetic employees. Long lines at the changing rooms. Convenient for walking around third street promenade.

Good location for an H&M. There are tons of cheap parking lots around here(a lot of them have the first hour or so free). Tons of foods and great shopping to make a day out of. This H&M is not as glossy and clean as other H&Ms I’ve been to. I’m guessing this is because of how much foot traffic they have. It’s always super busy here whenever I go. I usually am shopping on the second floor as that’s where the boys clothing is and my brother has requested to come in here several times. They don’t have as good of a selection as other locations, in my opinion. Boys section is always mixed up and messy. Girls clothes can be disorganized as well. Furthermore, they never have anyone on the second floor even though there is a counter there and a register. Makes it less easy for my younger brother to get help with the clothing as he doesn’t want to venture down into the main floor to find someone to help. Also doesn’t make it easy to pay if you’re just wanting to stay on the second floor. There are a decent amount of changing rooms and like other locations you can only bring in six items at a time. H&M is not really the best place to go get a whole wardrobe change. Better for just one or two items at a time. Also everything is a decent price, not as expensive as Urban or American Apparel. However, nothing ever fits me right so I have never really bought anything from here.

I’m not sure why there’s do many lowly-rated reviews — the Promenade is lucky to have H&M there! The new mall has priced out much of Santa Monica so I’m glad there are some affordable fashion options nearby. I’d say their look is an older version of Forever 21. I have found some really cute work clothes/blazers and some of my favorite nail polish is here. It’s two stories and offers a variety of fashion options. I keep coming back! My wardrobe is from here :)
