Santa Monica Lent Family Dental

Great experience! This was the first time I had anesthesia and I told Dr. Lent how nervous I was. He reassured me by being calm and talking me through everything. My teeth look great and I don’t have any pain. Everyone in his office is friendly and I also had a beautiful view which was a plus because I needed a calm, nice environment and that’s what I got!

I had nothing but an awesome experience at Lent Family Dental. I never thought I’d ever say that about going to the dentist. I usually hate going, and although Brett came highly recommended, I called up and made a teeth cleaning session, bracing myself for the worse.
I was completely and pleasantly surprised! Their state-​of-​the-​art facility overlooking Santa Monica was very welcoming and the teeth cleaning hardly hurt at all. The hygienist, Virginia, was lovely and took special care in making sure she chatted with me about everything she was doing before she started, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr Brett Lent was phenomenal too, and unlike most other dentists/​doctors, took a decent chunk of time to sit down with me and chat about everything and never once rushed me. Even Claire, the receptionist, was warm, friendly, and very accommodating.
If there’s anything you should know about at lent Family Dental, is that they epitomize Customer service with a capital C. Not only did Virginia kindly lend me a few quarters when my meter was about to expire, but they even sent me a thank you card as a follow up after my visit. In this day and age, who does that?!
Lent Family Dental apparently does, and its these little touches that make it such a great practice. I cannot say anything negative about my experience beyond perhaps the parking (But that’s LA for you!). Overall, their methodical attention to detail, technological competence, care, and superb patient support made my visit that much more, dare I say, enjoyable? Definitely and highly recommended!
