Beautiful art glass, ugly behavior from the staff. It’s a shame that every time I look at one of the pretty and spendy baubles that I purchased at Fusion several weeks ago, I’m reminded of the arrogant and inconvenienced attitude the non-​descript sales girl who rang me up had. Second year I’ve spent money there and very likely the last. Ill-​mannered customer service aside, the inventory doesn’t change from year to year. You can find more creative pieces at any good, urban or suburban summer art fair… for a fraction of the cost.

Gorgeous and unique art glass sculptures and hand blown pieces, ceramics and jewelry. Prices vary, all the pieces I fondled were between $ 260 and $ 1000, pitchers and vases. The lower priced jewelry was around $ 50 for a pair of glass earrings. I moved carefully fearing breakage.

It is a great place to go for unique gifts or souvenirs in Seaside. A few years ago, I bought a pair of hot pink glass earrings and get compliments on them every time I wear them.
On a recent vacation to Florida, I bought a second pair of beautiful glass earrings, this time purple iridescent. When I got home and wore them for the first time, one of the earrings cracked and broke. I was so upset! In hope of advice or getting a matching earring mailed to me I called the store and explained what happened, fully expecting to pay for the replacements. An employee named Jen helped me. She instructed me to mail back the earrings with my contact info and she would see what she could do. A couple of days later, I received a call saying that she was going to mail me, free of charge, an identical replacement set of earrings as well as the non damaged original earring. Wow! I wish all places handled business this way. Obviously customer service is important to them and they are smart, because I will be returning every time in the area and online from now on.
