This place is downright nasty. What a loser/tweaker magnet! EVERYONE shopping in this store is high on meth or smack and reeks of B.O. There is crap all over the floors, the employees are useless and the most frustrating this is that they have SIX check out stands, but only open TWO. The lines go down the isles and it takes 30 minutes to pay for a handful of items. We will be trying the new Dollar Tree that just opened on Piner Rd.

They never have the supplies i’m looking for. I have to go either to the rohnert park, yulupa, or healdsburg locations. Also when you say you’re closing at 10pm M-S on the door, on Google, and on Unilocal, that doesn’t mean 9:55. Boo!

it’s definitely one of the larger locations, and offers many items that the other locations do not sale. the atmosphere is not great, but decent enough for the part of town it is in. i definitely recommend this location.

I have a business down the street from this $ Tree. I have had many different employees wait on me. Denise is the best one so far. She is friendly and out going and makes it a pleasure to be helped by her. This store on Sebastopol Rd use to be a mess. Parents would let their kids throw toys all over and not pick them up I use to go across town to the Yulupa Store because Sebastopol Rd was such a mess. Who ever is in charge now is doing a better job as far as keeping the store clean. I just wanted to say how wonderful Denise is and I got carried away. Thank you Sam Anker(Sam’s For Play Café

There was a lady who was handy caped in front of me in line the cashier maria didn’t even help her bag her items expected her pay right when she finished ringing her up. When the lady in the wheel chair finished paying, the cashier started my transaction without even waiting for the lady in front of me to bag her own items! She piled my items on top! So rude I cannot even believe this just happened I would have complained but I didn’t see anyone to complain to. So my piece of advice, dont shop here if heavan forbid you are in a wheel chair because poor lady was treated so bad I felt sorry for her!

I love this Dollar Tree. The customer service is great! You would not expect that at a dollar-type store but it really is. Yes, you will most likely have multiple people in line but every once in a while you could be the only one. Either way the store is pretty organized and continually has the stuff I’m looking for. I am not a fan of the strange parking lot but I always have a place to park. The neighborhood is not my favorite place to be in the dark so I try not to go at night. This Dollar Tree seems bigger/has more items than the Bennett Valley one.

Cheap standard-issue dollar store stuff. Also, their soda cooler is filled with mold. Has been for awhile.

Dollar Tree seems more organized here, items neatly stacked/stocked. in and out in minutes. found reading glasses @1 i seem to short of. 3 – 4 checkout lanes open. skipped the edibles. worry lines would get longer. lots of parking spaces in decrepit lot. empty commercial building nearby the reason.

This is one of my favorite places to go. everything is a dollar and sometimes you can find holiday sales and that stuff will be 50 cents! I use a lot of the merchandise in here and usually always works. i lov we a lot of the household stuff as well. they have just about everything for a simple person.:)

There is a good variety of options at this store. I went here and filled a basket full of goodies to send to the troops. It’s a great place to get those types of items that military care basket programs typically ask for: wet wipes, hard candies, dry soups/noodles, notepads, etc. Also, GREAT place to go and get mylar balloons! Have a birthday party go to? Swing by the dollar tree and drop 10 bucks to get a HUGE bouquet of balloons. A nice touch. The catch? The parking is really awkward and the line is usually long. Go there with time on your hands and, ideally, without a frustrated toddler in tow.

Slamminest Dollar Tree Store ever. Packed with 3 times more merchandise than the sister stores in Sonoma or Healdsburg. On my visit here on a February Weds afternoon, the place is PACKED with shoppers. Employees are loading up shelves as fast as shoppers are emptying them. I buy bleach, ammonia, glass cleaner, de-greaser spray, dishwasher detergent at dollar tree. The home label«Awesome» works as good as the fancy name brand stuff. Oh yeah, each & every large bottle of Awesome whatever costs a dollar!

Everything is a dollar and you get what you pay for. The chemical selection is good and cheap. If your starting over and need to fill up your empty home… make this place your first shop.

Everything’s a dollar, but people are priceless. Like any other dollar tree, things are strewn about but at bargain prices, who’s complaining?

Why is it that the only Dollar store in town is over here? Anyone. It’s a question I’ve posed to many residents of Santa Rosa. Which is returned with a laugh.(Update: on 12÷31÷11 a resident of the county contacted me to say I am mistaken and there are approximately four dollar stores in the SR area.) One can find dollar stores in major metropolitan areas and there isn’t any one portion of the socioeconomic chain that specifically shops here. Everyone shops at the Dollar store. Heck did you know that some Dollar stores offer goods for purchase through their own websites. That too it carries the same price. a dollar! Being as there aren’t any other stores of this caliber in the area nearby to compare with, it’s a decent option. The space is pretty large so there is a wide variety of most types of goods. For a few of the major holidays they have carried a wide selection of decorations. Also as far as grocery, housewares and bath and beauty are concerned they carry a good selection of items that most would usually buy at any of the larger shopping chains. Why buy there at regular price, when the same can be purchased here at a discount? Just saying. Especially for a traveler on the go and in need of a few toiletries, it’s a gem.

This location isnt the best in town, the pluses everything is ONEDOLLAR plus tax, when i shop there which is ussually for great colorful gift bags, which they ussually have a huge selection on, i know guaranteed i will wait in line maybe for 10 minutes on a good day. Besides that, which is kind of worth it, the enviroment, the people and what they do in that store is kind of well dollar worth, be wary if you have allergies, because most likely there will be a couple of dog owners with ugly little dogs in the store. The employees service is what you would expect, not the best, but they try, specially when they have so many people in line, and all the children running loose with the cheap toy extravaganze, oh ive purchased 3-pack highliters, they worked great!

Totally Awesome cleaning cleanser bleach spray and Totally Awesome laundry detergent were on sale here for one U.S. dollar each. They were giving away the 2009 calendars. Cell-phone cases, glow-sticks, Sunny D, and a 2-Liter container of Stars & Stripes cola: one dollar each. Coloring books, paper of all sizes, off-brand crayons, 100-piece puzzles, peppermint-scented candles, & cinnamon-flavored toothpaste also only one dollar per item. The next time you throw a party and need napkins, paper plates, plastic spoons, and a shit-ton of cola, you need not look further. This place is crap-tastic.
