I’ve had two gum surgeries with Dr. Ford and was very pleased with the process, the staff, the results and how painless it was. The most recent one was just this October, 2015, and it involved «pocket reduction gum surgery» — there were no complications, the procedure was right on time and absolutely no pain during or afterwards. I would definitely recommend her and go back (hopefully won’t need to) should I need periodontal work in the future.

I had a gum graph done by Christine Ford back in 2009. She told me she would graph a tooth that was slightly low because I was getting braces. I then asked her to graph a baby tooth as well because it was a bit thin, she said no problem.
During the procedure, I woke up to a room full of people staring at me. Later realize these were students there watching and learning. I will say I believe I should have been asked if this was okay. Never a mention of it.
The graph she did was not good, she left a hole that was impossible to brush and later developed a cavity. She didn’t graph the other tooth as she said because a few years later, I asked for pictures during of the procedure, it shows an opening on one gum tooth surface only.
Sorry, would not return!

Dr. Ford and her team are simply the best periodontal group I’ve ever seen. I was nervous at first when our GP referred a complex wisdom tooth extraction for my husband at a perio’s office, vs. an oral surgeon. I am so glad that she sent us to Dr. Ford (and wish all my wisdom teeth had been done here, as well… would’ve been better!)
I was specifically impressed by the following:
1. Dr. Ford’s excellent professionalism and overall talent with successful procedure,
2. follow up appointments to check on healing were all part of the original extraction pricing, so no worries about extra billing if healing was slow,
3. very nice and responsive office team.
It is a pleasure to strongly recommend Dr. Ford’s work.
