Great burgers if you want to wait 30 minutes for one and out of the three owners I’ve had the rudest guy yet take my order should stop hiring punk kids!

Great cheeseburgers!!! Just the right size with the right toppings and not greasy. Best onion rings around too. Finally, the milkshakes are what makes it all worth coming. So thick and rich with many flavor a to choose from. Glad we discovered you in the neighborhood!

I’m so happy to find my «go-​to» burger place in Santa Rosa (I’m new in town). I heartily endorse the basic burger and those crinkle fries are off the hook!!! As somebody wrote, they are like the homemade burgers you’d make in your backyard. Who has time for that???
For $ 8 bucks I get that backyard burger and those great fries, yes sign me up, you can not beat that. Go here, you won’t be disappointed!
Oh, and I thought the service was friendly and fine.

I hate to write bad review but these are the points of my experience:
–Place was empty on a rainy day and it took 25 min for my «medium» burger that was served «well done».
There were 6 employees were working too. Seemed an easy task. None of them seemed concerned about the 1 customer.
–The burger itself was average, and vastly overpriced for the lack of quality.
–The macaroni salad was pure mayonnaise.
I live 1 mile away and won’t come here again.

YUM i love this place!!! Delicious burgers!!! The strawberry shake is like the one in pulp fiction. I highly recommend this place.

This place is really good. We’ve gotten the the cheeseburgers multiple times. I love their chicken club. Fries are really good as are the onion rings and sweet potato fries. Big portions. I will definitely be going back over and over again. My only warning is to ignore the pick up window cause they never use it.

Still the best burgers I have found so far. I had a ¼ of someone’s last night and he couldn’t stop raving about it being the best ever, and he eats alot of bacon cheese burgers. My only complaint is the chicken strips, the last 2 times my daughters chicken has been fatty and hard for her to eat. Won’t be ordering those again. The fries and banana shake were the best as usual. I am the chili cheese fry lover and got him hooked on Ozzies and he never likes them from anywhere so bonus for me.

This place sucked! We waited 40 minutes till we got annoyed and asked what happen with our food. They made excuses that they made it and it got handed out when noone else was in the shop, so they forgot to make it! 10 minutes later they brought out mediocre burgers. Shakes weren’t good either. Will never go back.

Ozzie’s is our go to local burger place. They have good prices, good service, and good food. Their western burger is the best, and portions are big. The only two things that I can think of that are not ideal are the fries aren’t my favorite, and I wish they would be open past 8pm.
I highly recommend this place, Ozzie’s offers great value.

Love this place. Was driving in the neighborhood and got hungry, so looked up somewhere to go on Unilocal and found this gem!
It was exactly what I needed. Came here ordered a Corn Dog, Cup of Chili and a side of coleslaw. My other half ordered a Fish and Chips and then some Ozzie Fries. The Ozzie Fries are not kidding. The size of that is a meal for 2 people. I loved my chili and corn dog. The chili is not spicy at all. And the fish was really fresh and tasty.
I love the fact that they have crinkle fries as its always my favorite. Perfect combination of potato and crunch.
We’ll come back again if we’re in the area.

We were in the mood for a home-​made style burger. (We still love you In-​N-​Out). The meat was OK. Nice buns (not a joke). Fries were pretty tasty. Didn’t try anything else. Service was pretty quick for noon on a Saturday.

Fast, consistent, and great location with good food. Not the most healthy food all around but they do have options that are above par.

Favorite burger place! I loooove the sweet potato fries. Milk shakes are real ice cream. It’s a nice treat after a long work week.

Sad to mention this, but seriously this place has gone down hill. The cheeseburger we got was dry & the patty was small. For a cheeseburger, fries and a medium banana shake at $ 12.94, was not worth it.

I love Ozzie’s Grill. It has been a part of my community ever since I moved into the Rincon Valley area during my middle school days. Now that I live in the SoCal area, I made it a point to come eat at Ozzie’s every time I am back home for the holidays.
They make really fresh yummy burgers and they do not skimp on the toppings at all. I love their burgers because it reminds me of the burgers that you would barbecue & grill at family gatherings, except Ozzie’s are higher quality. Their fries are sooo addicting as well!
If you want a point of comparison of how Ozzie’s compares to other burger joints around the North Bay, it goes like this for me from best to worst:

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and my, oh my! It was heavenly. The cheesy was melted to perfection and the bacon was just right and crispy. The onion rings were delicious as well. The cheesecake milkshake was definitely something different but so good as well. I will be coming back for sure. The staff was friendly as well. Overall, great experience.

Went here on a whim. Our party had the Tuna Melt and a Dirty Burger with Chili Cheese Fries.
Food was exceptional and what I’d hope for from a greasy spoon. Only negative is that it didn’t seem like drinks had a free refill? But I wouldn’t swear to that.

GREAT Burger — good fries, onion rings — you get a bunch of them, no skimping here.
The Burger is nicely seasoned and has good cheese and bacon — I always get the double cheeseburger — sometimes with Bacon. They make a good turkey burger too.
And the Shakes are Delicious. Top Notch — substantially better than most burger joints in this town and in San Francisco.

Went here recently based on reviews. We were underimpressed — but have yet to find a great burger place in our town since we moved here. Burgers were ok but nothing special. Service was underwhelming. Sorry, but can’t really recommend this place.

Living across town and having a toddler, we just don’t get out to Ozzie’s as much as we used to. We started the new year off right with a trip to Ozzie’s for dinner and damn if they just don’t have the best burger in town! I had a special called the dirty burger. It had bbq sauce, red onions, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, and bacon (I can’t remember if it came with bacon, but my wife got hers on the side and gave it to me). Holy crap! It was so freaking unbelievably good! Gooey melty cheese, perfectly toasted and fluffy bun, well seasoned and juicy hamburger patty. So much good stuff that it was attempting to bail out of my bun as I chomped down on it. Sometimes messy is delicious.
They’ve done a lot more artwork since I was here last, including murals on the outside walls. Love it!
The staff were awesome. Most came over to say hi to our kid and were very nice. Adriana’s kids came in and chatted with us as we were heading out. It was like going out to dinner at a family member’s house… who just happens to make the best burgers in the county.
Awesome food + awesome staff + awesome artwork = 5 stars!
