Our Church, Star of the Valley Catholic Church, has used Tan’s for its monthly Donut Sunday. The donuts are delicious the service is top notch. Our parishioners always look for to the «pink boxes» containing donuts and apple fritters. I highly recommend Tan’s.

Tan’s Doughnuts has been a staple in the Rincon Valley community for as long I could remember, dating back to my middle school days.
The owners serve up fresh quality donuts for a great price. They also have hot coffee and your usual sugar drinks like sodas and juices.
Not the best donuts ever, but there’s nothing wrong with them. Much better than Safeway’s selection!

Absolutely best donuts in town, wonderful owners, great prices. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and wouldn’t miss our regular Wednesday donut day for anything. We’re trying to start a Friday donut day so we can get there more often. Great place period.

These are good. And they definitely work in a pinch. Try the apple fritter. No complaints, but nothing really to write home about either. There are better donuts out there.

Definitely the best donuts around the area. The apple fritters are particularly excellent here, with a perfect crispness combined with a velvety interior with actual apples. The frosting for the maple bars is excellent. The cake donuts have a nice sponginess. Cash only, but the prices are correspondingly lower.

I get to go back to California about every 2⁄3 years.
THE FIRST THING I DO when I get home is go to Tans donuts. Best donuts on this planet. Hands down.
Maple bar is the best donut they have by far and they are extremely addictive.

This is an every weekend stop for us on the way to little league.

Every Sunday in my childhood consisted of Tans infamous pink box. Filled to the brim with maple bars, chocolate eclairs, sprinkles, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters etc.
Tans has the best donuts. Seriously. I have been in a pinch before and have strayed to other donut homes, but all have fallen far below par when compared to Tans.
I know what I’m getting when I get donuts here. They are consistent and delicious beyond all compare. The best part about Tans is that their customer service is even sweeter than their sugar glazed donut.
This place was my favorite when I was a kid, and it remains to be to this day.
I love you Tans!

I would give their donuts a 4 out-​of-​5 stars.
Their service gets 5 stars for sure!
The fritters are AWESOME! The maple bars are to die for! The donut holes… OMG, is there anything tastier then a donut hole???
The owners ALWAYS remember us!!! They ALWAYS remember what donut is my favorite and they ALWAYS ask me how my family is (if they aren’t with me!) and to me, that is what makes Tan’s THE best!!! Service like that is priceless!!!

Man, the crullers here are good. Well, everything I’ve tried so far is pretty good, but particularly the crullers with frosting. Most little donut places seem to get crullers wrong, either too heavy or too waxy, but they nail it here. Also a donut and coffee is only like $ 1.60 or so. Your move Starbucks.
Just one Brotip, they list their hours as closing at 1 most days, but from what I’ve seen it’s really more like noon, or whenever business slows down/​the donuts are sold out. So if you show up past, say, 11:30 or so you may be denied the deliciousness :(

On a recent getaway to Windsor (nice place really) I got a craving for donuts. Unilocal and gps got me to this place and wow, so super fantastic!
Not everything was super fantastic, but the cake crumb donuts were clearly 5 star. They were a unique proportion for a donut of that type, think a skinny full size donut, and were packed with crumbs. Packed like there was enough debris in the bottom of the donut box I couldn’t see the bottom.

Love this place! Fresh delicious donuts, cheap prices, friendly staff smiling at 6am, what more could you ask for!!! My daughter loves saving her change to get a donut and an orange juice, where else can you get 2 chocolate sprinkle donuts and a sunny d orange juice for $ 1.40!
