The good news about this salon is that you won’t need a haircut for about a year as you wait for your hair to grow out. I was so unhappy with the dreadful haircut done by Rachel. It is a very expensive salon and beautifully decorated, but that could never make up for the most careless haircut I have ever gotten. The back of my hair was all chopped on the inside with tiny pieces sticking off the top like Alfalfa (did I mention I have long hair?!) Just dreadful. More time should be spent paying attention and less time chit chatting with coworkers. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Never come here for a haircut. I recently bought the Groupon for this salon and was extremely displeased with the service and results. I had read other reviews on Facebook and decided to try my luck but the stylist who cut my hair had extremely selective hearing. I asked for side bangs and even showed her a picture, she gave me bangs that were uneven. I gave her a 20 and asked for 12 dollars back (keep $ 8 for a tip) and she gave herself a $ 15 tip!
Despite the salon being completely empty aside from one other customer and stylist, it was clear that my stylist was trying to rush me through the process. She showed me the cut and had ripped the cover off of me before I could remind her that I wanted side bangs (a comment I now regret because of the disaster that followed). The base of my hair is slanted, the layers look like someone took a weed whacker to it, and the stylist sheared my bangs until they rested in a jagged line an entire inch above my eyebrows.
I repeat. Never come to this salon for a haircut. Not unless you want a terrible cut and your money stolen.
