went 1÷9÷14− 6pm with reservation– excellent service excellent food excellent live music– this is a good place for pub food and good atmosphere. will go back

We came here on a Saturday night without a reservation. We were 2 adults and two children. There was about a 15 minute wait for a table. The place was packed and VERY loud between the live music and the crowd. The menu is quite extensive and everyone found something they liked. I would definitely go back there again. NB: If your group has a child with them, the adults will be limited to one drink from the bar. They place a large laminated note on top of your menu informing you of this when you sit down.

Another douchey route 9 bar full of meatheady corporate/​state worker drones. Clifton Park claims to be sophisticated by their own standards, but rest assured most of their citizens are basically townies with an attitude. with a slightly cheesy twist. It’s A-​OK because of the theory of relativity.

This is my first time here with my family I really like the restaurant it was kind of cool but it always seemed like I was in the way of everybody because the entrance was so small the people trying to get in couldn’t get in and the people trying to get out couldn’t get out. We ordered the chicken egg rolls were kind of disappointed, it kind of look like they took all the ingredients and blended it all together like cat food and shoved it in a egg roll wrap. Not very impressed. I got a chicken wrap but the chicken had all weird cartlige fat sings throughout it made it very unpleasant to eat I had to pick it apart and eat around the grizzle. My salad on the side had weird brown lettuce hidden underneath not so bad lettuce, seriously how long does it take to pick through lettuce to make sure that its fresh looking. My friend got the filet mignon sliders she took one bite and got this big chunk of fat and she was put off after that and did not finish her meal, but the chip she got were really good. My husband got the ribs which he seemed to really enjoy. The girl that waited on us was very nice and she was very educated about the menu and she knew what was good and what was not good. I did leave with a little bit of a sick feeling in my stomach but I think it’s just because I’m not into fat grizzle and that really puts me off. All in all it wasn’t a horrible place but I don’t think I’ll be back. I rather go to chilis down the road and get their soup and salad deal.

Turkey club is awesome… the pecan chicken salad is fantastic. Big portions, fresh. Nice big deck and chill outdoor bar. Always great service.

The best part is the dance floor you barely see it any where else not unless you go a city or something. Some food was okay. Tacos were great, wings also, I had some kind of pasta it was okay. Drinks is okay the hards drink were expensive. Big huge place to hang out w/​open patio. Before I came here there were so many bad talk about this place who lives here locally. Like its a pick up joint for older ladies. Youngster make fun of this place. Bunch of nasty scank hang out here. I still went I don’t thing it’s that bad at all. Been there a few time with friends.

Great restaurant/​bar with a wide menu of food and drinks, nice patio in the summer, and good live music! Worth checking out for sure!
The Place: The atmosphere here is hard to beat. It feels like a restaurant in Florida with a tropical/​waterside theme, and in the summer they have a great patio/​deck and they open a few large garage-​style doors and extend the bar outside onto the patio. It’s a very well designed place and the atmosphere is awesome in the summer and even in the winter when the patio is closed. Since it’s one of the more interesting bars/​restaurants in the area, it attracts a decent crowd of mixed ages around happy hour.
The Food: Every time I’ve been here the food has been delicious. My favorite is the Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad. It’s a huge salad, with a great combination of flavors, and the pecan-​crusted chicken is always perfectly cooked. The menu is huge with a ton of great options, and the meal size is generally very generous. There is a wide range of gluten-​free options, even burgers with gluten-​free buns.
The Value: Great food, good bar, live music, and a great atmosphere that’s hard to beat in this area! This is definitely one of the best places around!

Ate here for 3 nights while on business. Very good. Try the Turkey Artichoke!
It’s turkey with spinach artichoke spread, dill Havarti cheese, grilled tomatoes and roasted red peppers. Hit the spot!
The Rage’n Cajunwas also very tasty. Grilled chicken breast with cajun spices. Topped with jalapeño bacon, melted pepper jack cheese and sliced jalapeños and mayo.
Also had a fajita that was okay. Could of used some more beef.

I have visited on many occasions. I think if you read the reviews here you’ll see a pattern of similar comments. The food is very good traditional pub fare (I’ve never tried the full dinners so I can’t comment on them) Everything I have had has been good, nice size portions, Very reasonable prices, great ambiance especially listening to live music on the deck in summer. The real only negative is most times I have been there is the service is lacking awful. I think they need better training, or get more experienced help. This could be a 4 or 5 star place if they could get the service to be consistent and more attentive.

gosh ya know, with all of the hoorish looking broads serving my drinks and food, the ridiculous amount of stupid Capital Region Clowns that feel as though Peddlers is THE SPOT, the next time I am there I will puke uncontrollably in the parking lot, long live the gramma and grampa bar.

After a long day of boating on Saratoga lake we stopped here for dinner on our way back to Albany. Two of us ordered burgers which were reported to be tasty and cooked as desired. My husband got a panini which he said was really good and I had the chicken con queso wrap which had a generous amount of queso and poblano peppers. The food was better than I expected it to be but the service was cold and felt more like a short order cook than a sit down place. They had live music which was fun and lots of seating.

Yesterday was my first time here. They have good foods & nice environment. It just that our orders was very slow because our waitress is new, but still she tried her best. We will come again.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere though a bit loud. Found the drinks to be overpriced and watered down. The wait staff was friendly, couldn’t say the same for the bartenders. Food was just OK.

This is a great summer spot. Large patio and often live music. Very good atmosphere. Pretty good food selection, my favorites: queso dip, queso wrap, any of the burgers. Thorough beer selection as well.
So why only three stars? The servers. I don’t know if they are great people that are understaffed or they don’t care about their job. Unfortunately, the service is always very slow and you will have an empty drink much more than you will have a full one. So bring good friends, enjoy the fresh air, and make sure you are in a patient mood.

Fantastic food, great people, great atmosphere, and outdoor section with heated pylons… what is there not to like? They also make some fantastic cocktails on their menu. I’ve been here a number of times and never have a bad experience. There is wide range of people who attend which evolves to slightly younger by late night on a weekend but thats to be expected right?
They have great portion sizes and I feel like they have very reasonable prices. The only negative I guess I could say is their beer selection. So many places are providing many craft beers which are more and more popular (I enjoy craft beers personally) They are severely lacking in that department which is why I don’t hand them the 5 stars. But food is fantastic and the service is great too. Just the other night I had a manager come by just to ask how we were doing and if she could help us in anyway… talk about keeping up on customer service, it was well appreciated.
If you never been its worth a visit, especially in the warmer seasons where the outdoors is super nice to be able to relax and soak up some sun while enjoying a nice meal. Oh did I mention they have live music often? Great added touch to the whole experience. Cheers.

I’ve been to Peddlers twice already and they have both been great experiences. It is a very cute place and we sat in the patio both times. The first time I ordered their chicken quesadilla and it was delicious. The second time I ordered their California wrap with the patio punch and my boyfriend ordered the firehouse burger and we both absolutely loved it!

I have always enjoyed stopping here for something to eat and drink… they bar service is very good and the menu has a nice twist of something different for the usual places like this… I always enjoy the salmon… nice stop after work or later in the evening… they have a very nice outside bar and dining area…

If you are looking for a good burger or a good wrap… And are in Clifton park… Google peddlers… I got the mozzarella sticks… They are large and are Nicely breaded… I got the cheddar burger rare… This burger was great… Cooked just right and super juicy… My Fiancée got the Bruschetta burger rare… Cooked perfectly… A little too much balsamic vinegar… But she said it was good… The atmosphere of the place is modern casual… Service is very good… Only complaint I would have is the table we sat at was an outdoor table… The metal mesh style… So any food that fell off my plate fell on to my pants…
I would def come here again!

My friends really like this place, so we decided to give it a shot.
It’s a very festive atmosphere — when we walked in, there was live music (a guy with a guitar playing all kinds of songs to sing along with — he was quite good, too!) and lots of Christmas lights/​decorations everywhere. The bar was busy and the place was bustling overall.
The service was really good — our waitress was super friendly and really nice.
Started with the calamari — very tasty — not too greasy — each piece was totally breaded and it was served with a Thai chili sauce. A few pieces were a little bit too chewy (it’s a fine line with calamari…).
I had unsweetened iced tea to drink — it was from the fountain and didn’t taste much like iced tea — a bit watered down. I tasted the soda as well — it was bland.
Ordered the lavash wrap with sweet potato fries (for a dollar extra, I think). The sweet potato fries are huge; they tasted OK — much better with the raspberry melba sauce. The lavash wrap had various veggies, feta cheese and dressing — very nice. Portions are generous.
Everyone enjoyed their food, but two of us could barely drive home within an hour after eating there. No alcohol was consumed… we had no idea if there was some ingredient that didn’t agree with us but we could also barely move the next morning. It was the same reaction that I get when there is MSG in my food. (I try to avoid MSG).
I’ll probably try Peddler’s again at some point if I’m in the area, but my reaction to the food did concern me a bit.

This is the second time we’ve been here. They have a separate gluten free menu and the bartender seemed pretty knowledeable about gluten free. I was really excited to see they offered gluten free fried shrimp on a salad so I jumped at the chance for that! Hubby also ordered a salad, with fried chicken on it. When my salad arrived it had grilled shrimp on it. Bartender brought it back to ask and they said they didn’t have GF fried shrimp, it was a mistake on the menu. I was a little bummed. Had I known that I would have gone with the gluten free fried chicken tenders (I mean how often do you get GF fried stuff, right?!). I just kept the grilled shrimp salad and it was very good. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside at the bar. Susan, the bartender was great.
We will definitely be back. It’s great that they have a gluten free menu which includes french fries and some fried items. Confirmed they have a dedicated fryer for those too!
