Went there today to unlock my iPhone T-Mobile sent me an email that has a code unlock, my computer is broken so I went there to unlock my iPhone as soon as I asked him to unlock my phone and that I have an email with the unlock code, he replied shouting with a sarcastic way CODE?! CODE?! U DON’T need a Code to unlock your phone and then I showed him the message from T-Mobile saying unlock code then he said I can do it for 20. well I am not giving my money to rude service and won’t go back again so I left! He needs to take some Customer service classes before he deals with customers because what happened today was very unprofessional!

Well very disappointed I run a business and have several lines had a couple iphones 5,5c with broken screens at the store kinda had the feeling of this isn’t a professional service when they handed me back one with a crack in screen but they fixed it after explaining it would be silly to pay for a new broken screen, something I thought was a given, anyways all was good … Then on comparison of other phones quality of screen was drastically different and now have two useless phones cus neither work … Shotty work and junk after market parts that pale in comparison

SCAM! UPDATE: 2 weeks since I had the screen replaced, and it has entirely stopped working. The speakers and microphones have stopped working and the phone is entirely useless. I have had to go purchase a new cell phone. AVOIDTHISSTORE. THEYDONOTSTANDBYTHEIR«WARRANTY» ANDTHEYBROKEMYPHONEANDWILLNOTTAKERESPONSIBILITY. Being told«It isn’t our problem» Is not appropriate when every issue started the day they«fixed» my phone. I brought my iphone there to have the screen changed. They were excellent when I was there and charged me 125 for the screen. When I used it in the store, I had no issues and was happy with the work. When I got home, the screen started having issues. Only ½ would work at times, wouldn’t register any touches, and the speaker stopped working. I figured it just needed to be restarted, however nothing helped. I called them and asked if they would take a look at it since the issue came up once they put the new screen on. They said okay and I went there. When I arrived they looked at it and said it was not a screen issue and that they had nothing they could do unless I wanted to leave it there for 5+ hours, and even with that they stood by the reason the phone was not working was my fault — not theirs. SO my phone is still broken, the screen still only ½ works, and I’m out money. They didn’t stand by their product and when theres obviously an issue with their product, they want to charge for a whole new screen. I won’t go back, it is a waste of money and time. Pretty sure the other review on this place was the guy that worked there. I suggest if you need a screen replaced to go to another mall or store.

I broke the screen on my iPhone 4S on Friday and could not receive the emergency calls from my answering service. These guys were able to get it repaired in a little over an hour when a lot of places didn’t open because if heavy snow. Got me and my business up and running again in no time. Very friendly and professional. My new go to guys!
