I am still in complete shock, I walked in there ready to pick up a new pair of sneaks and a backpack, I was never greeted by anyone, the people in the store (guy with weird haircut and a short girl) never even made eye contact with me.
After I reached out and grab a backpack off the wall and asked them «hey how much is this ?» The guy responded «Uhmm the price is on it» and turns around and walks away.
I’m not even kidding you I wanted to throw this backpack across the store, I’m 6’4″ and 250 pounds, I was furious ! But my momma raised me with better manners than that. I said «thank you so much for all your help sir» and walked into Footlocker where I was greeted with a kind smile and bought my sneakers and my backpack !

I want to be clear about when I was there, (Friday afternoon around1 pm August 20^th) I took to my two children in here to buy sneakers for school which starts on Monday. We grabbed a pair of sneakers and asked if they had them in a size 9? I was looking at both the woman behind the register and the guy in front of her wearing a head set. Neither one of them acknowledged me, as if they were both looking to do something else. I repeated myself, the guy with the headset finally huffed and puffed and looked at me as if I was asking him to do something way over his pay grade. I literally said «forget it» and grabbed my kids and walked out.
If you don’t like your job or want to do it, fucking quit !!!
We went upstairs and were well taken care of at foot locker.

I went on a Monday night, and they didn’t have the sneaker I was looking for (leopard print) which is very hard to find. the girl who helped me suggested I try on the same style which they had so I knew my size to order online. She explained they ran small and was so polite and even though I wasn’t buying anything that day gave me great customer service.

Great customer service!!! Great selection of sneakers and clothes.
