Typical subway… good when you on the road or in a hurry. The flat bread with egg white with spinach and tomato’s is deelish.

Their salads are huge. Their location doesn’t disappoint. They help you how to use your coupons at their best advantage. Their associates are helpful and always smiling. Eager to please it’s customers. Place is always clean.

The service was fine. But the new guacamole was spicy and my stomach is not happy! Need I say more!

This location is really convenient for me since I live down the street. The staff is always friendly and make a good sandwich. I come here often and especially tonight the person making my sandwich was really friendly, greeted me and made me feel welcome. It’s usually cold in there but tonight was just right. If I had to give a suggestion it would be that there should be bike racks out front!

Not quite sure why I continue to come back here, maybe because it’s close to work, or fastest healthier option I have. Food is ok, it’s subway. The customer service is surprisingly horrible every single time I decode to try it again. And every time I say I’m done and not going back. The employees are rude and behave annoyed to see customers in the store. Half the time the only words spoken to you is a abript, double meat? Double cheese? Avocado? Ya know the things that make it cost more. So that’s it, I really am done this time, I will not be back to this location again

For Christmas, Schoolteacher gave me a gift card to Subway. I got the opportunity to use it recently when I discovered not enough funds for a proper dinner date out. So, we went to the Subway over on her end of town, and ate fresh. The place is quite cave-like; narrow, yet tunneled deep into the building. I opened the door for Schoolteacher, and escorted her into the place. Looking around, there was nobody in the place. It was dinnertime, and there was not a soul in the place besides the employees and the two of us. We walked two thirds of the way into the place, and approached the beginning of the order line. I went with my standard veggie sub, or salad on bread as I like to call it. Schoolteacher went with a tuna sandwich. The people were helpful, and quick to work. My sandwich was made second, and I did get some tuna in my salad on bread though. Thankfully, I’m okay with tuna. We ate in the quiet place, and then left. It was nice, low key, and easy. We’ll certainly be back.

I can’t believe the customer service here. I decided to give them another chance after my last experience. This time, instead of greeting me, the 2 employees decided to continue their conversation with each other in another language. When she was ready, the female employee asked me, «are you ready?»… I’ve BEEN ready. Ready to order. Ready to know what possibly foreign language emergency must’ve prevented you from greeting me. But alas, the foreign language conversation continued throughout the creation of my sandwich. From a customer service standpoint, one would think the employees would make the customers feel welcome. Instead, no greeting… Continue their personal conversation while the customer waits… Speak to each other in another language… Finally ask the customer if THEY are ready… Continue speaking in another language about topics unknown. Why did I give this place another chance?

Yes, I know that Subway is basically a fast food sandwich spot, so I do not expect much. That being said, it is still a place of business and should act like one. I am not saying that all Subways are bad, but this particular location is not worth the $ 5.00. The customer service here has never been good, but it was at least tolerable up until my last visit. Came in on a Sunday morning 30 minutes after they«opened». The only sign they were open was the actual open sign in the window. The two staff members in there were still not even half way finished setting up for the day, and hardly even had any food out to serve. I ordered a standard black forest ham and egg breakfast sandwich, and literally none of the ingredients were in their normal spots. Everything was still in the back and/or refrigerator. Okay, so they were late/slow that day — not the worst thing in the world, and certainly not the deal breaker for me. What made me enter strict boycott mode was the lack of customer service and common courtesy on the part of the two employees that morning. First off, no hello or welcome to Subway. Absolutely no eye contact and just went about their business of trying to finish setting up for their opening, a half hour ago. A minute later one of them looks up and asks, «Are you ready?». I place my order and watch her search everywhere for the ingredients, because again, they weren’t where they were supposed to be. The most annoying part of the entire encounter was that instead of talking to me, the two of them just spoke to each other the entire time… in a different language. Any one who has ever worked in an office, or any type of professional environment(and again, yes it is Subway, but it is still a business), knows, or should know, that this is one of the rudest things you could do. For all I know, they could have been insulting me or plotting what type of extra ingredients they were going to put in my sandwich. I was the only customer in there at the time. If you are not going to say hello or chat me up, at least have the decency to not have a five minute secret conversation with your coworker in my presence. I felt like the third wheel in some sort of weird sandwich soap opera. I purposely waited a few days before writing this review, just to be sure I didn’t write a heat of the moment, overly critical review. Having simmered down since Sunday, I could still honestly say that I will never return to this particular Subway. It was never more than a 2 star place prior to my last visit anyway, so it should be an easy boycott for me to uphold. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place. Jersey Mike’s is a bit pricier, but worth the extra money. They have excellent customer service and their food is delicious. Go there instead.

The sandwiches they create look nothing like the pictures they display from which I base my ordering decision. I generally like Subway and I live around the corner from this one which make it convenient. I’m not upset enough to spend the time writing this review. When I point out the dependency between what they prepare for me and the picture on the wall, they usual response is to roll their eyes and ask if I want to pay for extra meat. I’ve asked for pictures of what that would look like and they provide any. This is blatant false advertising and supported by a recent consumer’s report articular and this exact issue. Jersey Mike’s is now just a few blocks away and makes a much better sandwich… Robert P.

The customer service is alright 60% of the time. My last visit was horrific though. I walk in with my boyfriend and nobody greets us when we walk in like the other Subways. We get NOTHING, nobody talks or says anything to us. The lady behind the counter just put her gloves on and stares at me. I tell her what kind of sandwich I want, so she grabs the bread and moves it along. She already adds cheese on it without asking me what kind of cheese I want then gets VERY irritated even though she is the one that made the mistake. Soon enough she puts the right cheese on there and moves it along, she starts my boyfriends sandwich and does the same thing! One of the other employees finishes my sandwich and was so absolutely rude when it came to adding things onto my sandwich, like he just wanted me to leave. We finally get to the register and we both grab a bag of chips and make it a meal. The guy doesn’t even tell me the total, he just puts his hand out to take my card. Didn’t even say a word either. After the transaction was finished, he walks away and still doesn’t say anything. He never gave us our cups for drinks. So I let him know and he SIGHS, hands us our cups, rolls his eyes, and walks away! Hire people with better customer service, Subway!

This location is all right. The customer service is good but I just hate the fact that they are stingy with the lettuce and cheese and also on the ranch. They don’t add enough of the cheddar cheese. The add a little bit if ranch when you ask for it and they also always add salt and pepper when I only ask for black pepper only. In all this location isn’t dirty but it is also small and when it gets busy it gets cramped when you wait in line.

So all fast food defaults to a three, and I go up and down from there. This place suffers from a serious case of employee apathy. There are several people behind the counter, but between all of them it’s a challenge to get your order right. Could be ’cause a lot of them are talking to each other rather than focusing on the customers. You won’t die if you go here, and you’ll walk out with a sandwich. That’s all I can promise, folks.

I don’t have to really talk about the food here. If you’ve eaten Subway, it’s more or less the same in another place. What I can tell you about this place though is that their service is sub-par. They seem like their always in a bad mood. I’ve been there about four or five times and it’s always poor customer service. At one time, the cashier handed me my sandwich with no bag or napkin and walked away before I could even ask for a bag and my cup for my drink. I would understand if there was a rush of people behind me, but I was the only person in the place.
