horrible worst customer service they always ruin our orders never ordering from them again

Satisfied the inner craving. Sometimes you just crave something and it sticks in your head like a scene from a bad 70’s movie. Such was Domino’s. Don’t know why but I called and ordered two mediums and saved it as a regular order. Now all I have to do is text or log back in with my regular order.
It was pretty good for the money but there are better individual pizza spots out there if you are willing to explore.

I’ve been by to get pizza several times since moving to this area, and every time they’ve been very nice. Also it’s a bonus that they’re located so close, though I’d probably go to this location even if I lived a bit further away.
For my first time, I had a small issue with a salad I’d ordered (salad was a bit old, although it hadn’t yet hit the expiration date), and I called them about it. They were really apologetic and friendly, and replaced it right away. I expected a replacement, but I didn’t expect the service I got with it. I’ll be back again.

We always call and order pizza for delivery and last night, past midnight, the delivery man gave us a 2 liter bottle of Sprite because we order so often! It was very generous although i don’t drink soda, I just used it to clean my sink and toilet! Thanks again for the soda cleaner!!:) always fast delivery, delicious pizza, and nice delivery men!

My wife and I were driving down Plum cyn. When a guy with the Domino’s sign on his car came speeding down. He blew through a red light earlier in Canyon Country almost went through another at the top of Plum.
You would think the management would hire better people than this.
The person in question drives an older BMW with a for sale sign on it.

Pizza is always pretty good here. The men in the house like the chicken, too. Personally, I LOVE the order progress chart. It tells me the MOMENT the pizza leaves the store. Very cool indeed. Technology AND Pizza — what a great combo!

Fast delivery, good pizza. Was fun to order on line and watch the process. We knew exactly when our pizza would be delivered and who would be ringing the doorbell. Good for nights when plans change or you don’t know what to make for dinner. Lots of choices.

They delivered quickly, but the large pizzas are tiny! I think it’s the size of a small at most pizza places– seems a bit like a rip off. The pizza was ok, not great. For a group of 12 people to not finish four large pizzas of that small size, I think it’s clear that the pizza wasn’t good.

Domino’s is good for fast pizza delivery, when you don’t want to mess around with confusing menus. Good for party orders or last minute — don’t know what to do for dinner. :p
Like the ads claim — the pizza has gotten better than its past reputation. The crust is more flavorful and they seem to put a decent amount of toppings (at least at this location).
The deliveries are usually solid and friendly. *Although my last order was made wrong. I called in and told them and the guy on the phone said he would add a free pizza credit on my account for next time. Sounded good but when I tried to use it on a recent order, guess what, no sign of any credit. I told them I even have a postcard from Domino’s for a bread side due to the «oops». But no dice the guy behind the counter couldn’t do anything about it. HMMM. Was debating dropping a star, but it was the first time I’ve had any trouble here.
Well bedside that the service is typical for a delivery pizza chain. The cheesy bread is awesome. And DO try the lava cakes. I feel the lava cake is the best kept secret at Domino’s.
Oh and for some savings (coupon codes), and super easy ordering go online and place your order. So easy.

When ordering pizza for delivery this is our place. They’re usually super fast and it’s super easy to order using the app and I love the tracker. The pizza is always hot and saucy just like we like it. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

Typical Dominos. Use it for occasional pizza. Close enough for me to pick up and so far no mistakes.

I ordered two large two-​topping pizzas, and when I asked for plates, I was given three plates. When I asked for red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese, I was directed to the containers that cost $ 1.29 each. Seriously? With a 2-​liter soda costing $ 2.99, you’d think they could dish out enough plates appropriate for the size of the order and a few free packets of cheese and red pepper flakes. Are they cost-​cutting on the pizzas, too?

Honestly I have not had a bad experience. This location does it’s job and what more could you ask of it. Thank you, dominoes for your nice delivery people and your food.

This is the best delivery service in santa clarita for pizza. I have had so many countless problems with pizza hut so I decided to start ordering from dominos. Never have had a problem with my order being incorrect or late. Perfect!

Brother and I ordered a Brooklyn crust and some chicken things with cheese. The best ever and the girl who took our order was so awesome. We will def come back after this great experience. After the last experience with the place on Lyons I thought I would never come back because the manager Jesus at that location was so horrible and rude. Elyse at the Bouquet location is wonderful

My order just came out of the oven when I arrived. Female worker was making her own dinner and kept taking bites of it and leaning right over my food!

Waited almost 2 hours for pizza. Management did not give good customer service. Would highly recommend ordering from another place.

So we came back to Dominos after they changed the recipe and it was good. Then it just kept getting worse and worse. We switched to Guidos after our pizza showed up with literally no cheese on it.

It’s DOMINO’S. You know the quality of food that you’re paying for.

What did ANGER me is this.
We ordered a pizza. We picked up the pizza they tell me they don’t carry parmesan cheese. I ask again and say, «do you have any that you can put in a little container?». Same answer, «no parmesan, we don’t have it».
Come on Domino’s. That’s like McDonald’s saying they don’t have ketchup for fries!
Not everyone uses «it», but they go hand n hand.
Get with the program.
