Not my favorite Pizza. Not much flavor and dry. This is not how I remember their Pizzas from a few years back.

The wonderful young woman we ordered our pizza from made sure we got the best deal they had for our order. Instead of paying $ 20 for a second pizza we got it for $ 0.50! I will definitely be ordering from this location again.

Does not honor Papa John coupons. Shady business management. Called in an order for a pizza on black friday. There was a Papa Johns coupon flyer that had come through the mail. The discount we were looking to get was the Black Friday supersaver. Nowhere on the flyer does it say this is an online only deal, but so what. Thank goodness we told them we had a coupon ahead of time so they could tell us right then they wouldn’t honor it. We canceled our order. They expected us to pay $ 15.99 for a large specialty pizza instead of the $ 8.99 with coupon. We can get better pizza with better topping choices closer to our house for the same price. No need to bother with this place.

I ordered my small Spinach Alfredo pizza online. I added grilled chicken which mind you cost extra but hey that’s what I wanted so why not? I go to pick up my pizza and it’s ready however no one is available to give me my receipt and food(I paid online) since apparently there’s only one out of 5 people there that could open the register I get home and open my box to see no spinach, so I think to myself maybe it’s just hidden under the cheese… NOPE! There was absolutely no spinach on the pizza. If I’m going to order a specialty pizza at the specialty price and add additional toppings I should at least get the topping that’s in the title of the pizza itself. I was definitely annoyed to say the least… This is one of my favorite pizzas from PJ but I’ll never go to this location again.

If Unilocal allowed for zero stars that’s what this store manager«Christopher»(at least that’s what he called himself) would deserve! I have never met such a rude individual who somehow ended up in customer service. Unless he is related to the owner of the franchise, the owner would be doing himself/herself a favor by firing him. Most likely this will not happen, since he so confidently threw it in face that no complaints to the corporate office or to the store’s general manager would get him reprimanded. He is basically allowed to be a jerk to customers and to lose business without any consequences. You are correct, «Christopher»…maybe one complaint won’t make a difference, but beware of the power of many!!! The way I see it, the odds are not gong in this store’s favor. There are already 19 bad reviews and growing, thanks to you! It might not hurt the owner today, but tomorrow is right around the corner!!!

Sorry, there is no way to show a negative star, but here it is. After ordering our pizza’s, not only had they come in Luke warm, but they put ingredients on the pizza we were severely allergic to. This caused a violent ill result, which they cared less about. When calling Ceasor the manager, he had not only seemed to have such difficulty understanding, he also was the same rude arrogant individual(that not only do his employees dislike) but caused us to refuse dealing with the store in the past where he was located. Unfortunately, he moved to the store we changed to and again could not make something as simple as the pizzas ordered. Filed 5 separate unanswered complaints with corporate until we were later told indirectly by the owner to take our(foolish) long time supportive business elsewhere. It was stated that he would refund our $ 40.00. Of course, if he had no concern for our business or that of whom became violently ill, why would he return our money he lied about stating that he would? He also refused to discuss the issues we had with his challenged manager. With any hopes, PapaJohns will find this LACK of consumer support and making the consumer«ILL» to be the end of what could be a great thing if they cared about what the consumers are facing. REALLY, how hard is it to follow directions and make a pizza? Unfortunately, it has proven to be not only difficult but when they poison someone refuse to take responsibility. This pathetic excuse of a business owner has a store in Saugus and Canyon Country, which this applies to. The best of luck to those that try and receive a good pizza and the support that should go with anything you are served to eat. GOODLUCK, Bob & Sandy A DEADBEATANDUNTRUTHFUL! Good to know that others had the same great time I did. The wonderful lady that worked here told me my name was Samantha because that’s what the computer said. I told her my name is Mike and she said no you are Samantha. I ordered a large cheese pizza but this must have been an extra hard order to prepare so I don’t blame them. She said you order bacon and olives because you are Samantha. She charged me $ 20.22 and then gave my pizza to Samantha while I sat on the bench waiting for my pizza.

Wow — I should have read the reviews on Unilocal before ordering! It would have saved me a poor experience. Here’s my experience in a nutshell: –ordered online, 2 small pizza’s @$ 35 –pizza is suppose to arrive in 30 – 40 minutes. It came ~one hour and 5 minutes –asked for cheese pizza to be cut in squares, but it wasn’t –pizza was luke warm & had to heat it up in the microwave –driver/delivery person was rather apathetic I can pay a lot less and just buy frozen pizza from the store and have it faster, hotter and taste about as good. Really disappointed.

There online system is so hacked up it ends up charging you twice what the pizza is if you call in… it also uses a computer system from the 90’s so if you mark that your going to pay with cash don’t plan on switching there unable to change it in the store. But the people inside are nice, it’s just easy too much hassle for mediocre pizza… won’t be going again…

This used to be my favorite pizza but won’t order ever again until they hire legal citizens that speak English. After speaking with two people who can’t, they couldn’t get my order right and tried to blame me when it was delivered to my house. Somehow ranch and Parmesan became pizza sauce and seasoning. Worst service ever– no discount or refund or apology– just blame. Took a other 20+ minutes for them to bring me the sauce when it’s right down the street. I personally wrote papa johns customer service in hopes these people get fired. I wanted to add that I know this seems harsh over ranch and Parmesan, but honestly if you’re hosting for people or just hungry, it is sad to wait 50min-1 hour for people to mess up so simple. I shouldn’t have to speak outside the national language to get professional customer service.

Whenever I experience bad service, I wait a couple days to write my review in order to prevent over reacting. In this particular case, I have experienced two instances of poor customer service in the last month, with the most recent being two days ago(Sunday, 11⁄09). The first instance happened approximately one month ago. I tried to place an order over the phone, but gave up after it proved too difficult. My order was simple, or so I thought… I had a coupon for two large, two topping pizzas for XX amount. For the first pizza, I asked for pepperoni and mushrooms — easy enough. For my second pizza, I asked for pepperoni and mushroom on all but ¼ of the pizza — apparently not so easy. His(at the time, I was so shocked by what was happening, it didn’t occur to me to ask for his name) response, «Uhhh, we can’t do that. Best we could do is half and half.» I explained to him that the ¼ request was for my son, who only likes cheese on his pizza, but does not eat more than a slice or two. He then suggested I order half and half and remove the toppings from the first pizza to match my request??? What??? I then calmly explained to him, that I am going to pay the stated price, and am actually asking for LESS toppings/ingredients than I am entitled to. I told him that all I needed was for them to simply NOT add toppings to ¼ of one of the pizzas. HE, then asked ME, «Can’t you do that?». Yes, but I am kindly asking you to??? Plus, if I take the toppings off after it is cooked, it takes off a lot of the cheese with it. He then responded by claiming store policy does not allow them to stray from whatever the coupon states… Thankfully, I was able to cancel my order and end the conversation before my head exploded. Fast forward to Sunday, 11÷09÷14… Having had such a poor telephone experience above, I decided to try my luck online. I placed my order and was happy to see that you could actually request a specific delivery time in advance, so long as you give at least an hour’s notice. Perfect, I thought, and requested a 6:15pm delivery time(I ordered at 5:00pm). 6:30pm comes along so I had no choice but to call and check on the status of my order. No answer for 8 minutes. I also had my friend call around the 4 minute mark, in case I somehow got lost in the hold cue. The two of us combined tried 8 times between 6:30pm and 6:50pm, and were met with no answer each time. I then called Papa John’s General Customer Service Line, and even they were unable to get hold of the store. I called one last time at 7pm(after sending my buddy to go get Ameci’s instead), and someone finally answered. He said his name was«Joe», but hesitated when I asked so who knows. «Joe» was rude, sarcastic, and made no effort to correct the problem. Giving him the benefit of the doubt at first, I asked him if there was anything wrong with their phone systems. He said no, they were just really busy. Looking back, yes, by not answering the phone they were making themselves less busy, but I am sure the owners would not appreciate the method. I am also sure I am not the only one who was having trouble getting hold of them that night, and would be willing to bet they lost business because of it. I again took my business to Ameci’s across the street, because they answer their phones, and are professional. I noticed a couple other Unilocal reviews regarding this location’s lack of customer service, and could now completely relate. I originally chalked up the first instance as a fluke, but the second instance was the final straw. If «Joe» was even a little more professional, the issue could have easily been resolved. He wasn’t even able to tell me where my order was(said he thinks it is on its way because he couldn’t find it???), or give me an estimate on its arrival. He made it seem as if my calling, or even placing an order with them in the first place, was a hardship on them. Overall, the first instance and the fact that they were an hour late the second time, would have both been forgivable if handled correctly. My wife actually raves about the taste of Papa John’s pizza, and I would have liked to have tried it out for myself. Sadly, the way«Joe» handled(or failed to handle) the situation was just ridiculous. I can guarantee I will never attempt to order from this particular location ever again. Needless to say, no, I do not recommend this place.

I can’t even at this point give them one star. I was just Rudy dismissed and hung up on by the female manager at this Papa John’s. I was refused the owners information as well as hers to lodge a complaint reguarding customer service. A service was offered stating the food would be delivered in 30 – 40 mins. At 1 ½ hours we call to find out what happened. I was told they were to busy and I need to understand. I then cancelled my order and I was told it would take 2 days to be reimbursed. I was also told it’s not their responsibility to inform me if they were going to be past their posted delivery time of 30 – 40 mins. This was the rudist, most discurtious contacts with Papa John’s I have EVER experienced.

I currently work at this papa johns store, and I want to warn our customers before they order from here again. we use extremely expired dough for one. on the 9th of Feb, we were still using medium Dough that expired on the 4th. also, we haven’t had dish sanitizer for the past 3 weeks, so dishes are not being properly cleaned. management also tells me to cut up onions and green bell peppers, even after I mention there is mold growing on them. this place is a health hazard hell hole. STAYAWAY.

The Pepperoni, the Works and the Tuscan Six Cheese are all pretty tasty. They are generous with the cheese and the crust is good with a hint of sugar. Not sure why they don’t have the classic Hawaiian pizza — but it’s pretty easy to make with the Create Your Own option. My kids also LOVE the Chocolate Chip Cookie(a large cookie that is cut like a pizza). Normally my kids HATE pizza(I seriously need to get them checked out), but you throw in the Chocolate Chip Cookie and all of a sudden they want pizza. We’ve ordered delivery a few times and they are usually within the time frame quoted online. TIP If you look at their menu online most of their pizzas are closer to $ 20. HOWEVER — Look for under Special Offers which usually bring the pizzas closer to $ 10.

I love me some Papa Johns BBQ chicken pizza, but this location has constantly given me bad service and low quality pizza. So much so I won’t order again. Multiple times my pizza shows up after a long wait time and its just barely still warm. Almost every time they bring the wrong receipt for me to sign, they could care less too. My last experience was even more strange. I ordered a deal for $ 21.99 online, when they arrived with my pizza the bill was $ 29.99. I called the location and they wanted to offer me a free pizza next time. No, I want to be charged what I agreed to pay. After a little back and forth they fixed the charged, never explained what happened. Any time I’ve called to make a complaint, no one cares.

I typically order online and have gotten consistent quality and service for the last 4 times I have done business with them. I usually get 2 pizzas with complicated configurations(½ mushroom and ½ pepperoni and sausage and ½ hawaiian and ½ all mushroom) and they get it right every time so I can’t complain. It’s no Grimaldi’s or Lombardi’s but it will do for a typical pizza place. The thin crust pizzas are better than the thick crust because they put the sauce and the toppings right up to the edge of the pie so there’s no big crust to eat. Give them another shot. Take out only, there’s no dining room. Parking is easy.

After ordering over the phone from a person who was difficult to understand(thick accent), I was told my order would be at my house in 30 — 45 mins. My order showed up at my house 1 hour and 11 minutes later. My pizza and cheese sticks were not very hot(luke warm). The pizza had very little sauce and toppings. Overall, I had a very poor experience at this Papa John’s location. Between the employees, the time it took it receive my order, and the poor quality of the pizza and cheese sticks, I was not happy. My order came out to $ 24.18 plus tip, and this was not money well spent. I did try and contact the location to try and speak with someone. The employee began to speak in Spanish to another employee while I was on the phone. Nothing was resolved due to a lack on English.

They raised the prices of the large take out pizzas to $ 8.00 which is still a decent deal, but the cheese pizza is terrible. I can’t tell exactly what it is, but the pepperoni is better than the plain cheese. I went there on Halloween to pick up 4 pizzas and they were pretty busy. I had to wait in a small line to pick up the pizzas as expected(third busiest pizza nights) but the problem I had was they had this really inappropriate movie playing and I had my 7 year old with me. I made him face the opposite wall. Lastly, they wouldn’t take a $ 50 bill. I was disappointed with the pizza, the inappropriate movie playing, and the fact they don’t know how to check to make sure a $ 50 isn’t counterfeit.
