Mm, very good pizza at a very fast pace! It tastes good and it makes me feel good. And talk about great+friendly service.

This place is terrible. Save yourself some irritation and order from somewhere else. They delivered wings with no sauce on them. Tried to offer a wack credit instead of correcting the order. Steer clear of this place.

Sometimes they don’t add enough toppings, but the quality is always good, and the gluten-​free crust is the only one my kids actually like!

I have to say. I was impressed. I need to give credit where credit is due. Needed to flex my buck with the dinner. I was impressed at how fast the food showed up, how fresh and hot. After reading the horrible reviews, I believe it helped. I had nothing less than a great experience.

The worst location ever. Two times we ordered from them and both times were horrible. This time our order came over an hour late… almost 30 dollars for cold pizza, hard breadsticks and so called Parmesan chicken wings. Spoke to the «manager» who said they were understaffed as far as drivers. Wouldn’t even give us our money back but instead offered a credit for a pizza again. Sorry but third times not a charm, stay away from here!!!

Again they delivered the wrong order! Then we called they said to come pick up the correct order in an hour. We already waited an hour… What is going on with this location. Very Bad Management!

I’m no rookie when it comes to pizza. With 4 kids 2 of them adults we have probably ordered pizza over 1000 times. Now this review is for this location as all of the other locations have been a great experience. We ordered 2 medium pizzas for pick up and arrived about the same time the pizza was ready. This is the only good experience of the pizza ordeal as the Asian guy was very nice and prompt. The pizza boxes seemed to be very light and we could understand why when we got home. The medium pizzas are tiny and didn’t come anywhere near filling the box. The other thing we noticed right away is there were barely any toppings, that suck’s. Like I said bad experience at this location and won’t be back Ameci is across the street.

If it was possible to leave no stars I would. After calling and placing my order they told me it would be 30 minutes. An hour later someone called me and then hung up before I could pick up. When I called back they said they couldn’t find my house and had been given the wrong address. He said he could come back but he was already at the store and it would be a hassle. WHAT?! I told him to cancel the order. Why pay for cold pizza that has been out an hour and a half? Staff was ridiculous and unorganized. If you want pizza order dominos. They can actually find your house and will be there in a reasonable amount of time.

I realize that this is Pizza Hut, but my experience today with this particular Pizza Hut was nothing short of a joke.
I had a carry-​out order and as soon as I walk in there is nobody at the front counter and it remained that way for about 15 min even with my attempts to call in the back and open and close the door.(It beeps) Finally a young lady helped me with my order and went back to go grab it which took another 5 – 10 minutes and then I proceeded to leave.
When I got home I opened up the box and the pizza was extremely over cooked, the toppings were burnt and the pizza wasn’t even cut. I had one slice of my large pizza and threw the rest away. I didn’t even bother returning it because I figured it would take another 45 – 60 minutes to get a refund or a replacement pizza.
I don’t know if these problems were just because they were short on staff or they just hire incompetent workers, but this experience will make me steer clear of any Pizza Hut in the foreseeable future.

Pizza topping was just thrown on top and not even cooked with the pizza. Spinach was straight out of the bag and right on top of the pizza. Is this how you top a pizza, Pizza Hut?

What this place needs to do is have someone check the pick up desk. We were there for 10 min. before someone asked us if we needed help. Overall it’s a pizza place.
This place couldn’t serve a order under 20 min. SLOWEST service in the world.

Waited over an hour to get the pizza, fries, and wings… Called them several times… The pizza has to be the worst I ever had… It was soaked in grease the frise was like eating card board were cold and nasty… the wings tasted like they were cooked yesterday and soaked in a gallon of sauce to hide the fact that they were cooked earlier in the week… No apology offered. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this place… There is so many better pizza places out there…

Deliver me burned pizza that’s like charcoal and then tell me that that’s how u make it!
Rude manager that doesn’t give a crap.
Then tell me I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for it to be redelivered. Absolute bull crap.
I will be making a full complaints to their headquarters.

What’s going on? 4^th time I’ve ordered for carry out and they are out of peppers and Parmesan cheese??? !!! Lost a loyal customer. Hello there, Papa Johns !

Just a pick up and delivery spot.
Pretty nice people answering the phone, went in for pick up.
When I got there they had made the wrong order and made me wait an extra 10 minutes, but the compensated my time by letting me have the pizza they made a mistake on.
So the minus 1 star is because the mistake and the extra wait. The 4 remaining stars is trying to keep their customers happy when making a mistake.

I called in a pick-​up order to the seco canyon location. We are told it will be ready 15 mins from that time– so arrive at the location 15 mins later and the pizza was not only ready 45 minutes AFTER we arrived– the order was totally wrong.
We had ordered two pan pizzas and garlic bread– instead we got cheesy bread (its a favorite for others, but im die hard garlic bread fan) and two pizzas that looked like it was on regular hand tossed crust (I had asked on the phone if they had PAN crust and they clearly said YES THEY DO)
When we called the location and asked to speak with a manager, she identified herself as Cynthia and when I nicely told her what was wrong and asked for a credit for the order– she hung up on me!
NEVER EVER EVER EVER go to the Seco Canyon location. On top of HORRIBLE SERVICE you won’t even get the food you paid for.

Ordered about $ 50.00 worth of Pizza for a Pre-​Thanksgiving party only to receive it over an hour late. I could understand if I lived far away, but I’m literally 3 – 5 minutes from Seco Canyon. Called multiple times, manager assured me that because my Pizza was so late I would get it for free. It’s been over a month and I have not received my money back or anything. Pizza Hut sent the charge through which I had to pay for on my credit card, no responses back from any of their managers after. I had called corporate only to wait 2 weeks for a response back. The lady who called me could barely speak English and left a voice-​mail for me with a callback number. I had called this number about 15 times with no answer and her mailbox is full so I can leave a voice-​mail!
Numerous calls to the local branch and they always tell me «We don’t have a manager on staff but we’ll forward your request.» This problem has been going on for over a month now, no compensation and no real customer support. Every person I speak with tells me something different, but in all honesty they’re avoiding it as much as they can. Never ordering from this place again, very unprofessional.

Was never really a fan of Pizza Hut, but heard they had a «new hand tossed pizza» so decided to give it a try. One huge plus about this place is they open at 10:00am. I can’t think of any other pizza spot that opens before 11, which is not good for a stomach that opens at 7.
Called in our order at 10:23 and it was ready at 10:40 as promised. We ordered a large hand tossed pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and Italian sausage. It was good, but not great. I would be open to ordering from here again, but only before 11am. For regular lunch or dinner hours, there are at least five other pizza spots in Santa Clarita I would prefer over this one.
The service was great, and the early opening is genius. For one hour each day they own the industry. It was also super cheap… We paid $ 7.99 for the «large» 3 topping pizza. Their large is essentially a medium, so plan accordingly when ordering for multiple people.
