Every morning I have to wait up to ten mins. for my order because of that stupid grab and go app Starbucks now has. I thought I’d try it today. I place my order and think this isn’t so bad. Says my order will be ready in 4 – 8 mins. I get to the store, it’s almost empty and have no drink. The Barista looks and me and asks if she can help me. I said I did the app thing do you have a drink for me? She said sorry I don’t, what was it? I told her and she proceeded to make it. So I told her this was my first time using the app to order and kind of bummed it didn’t work. About half way through making my drink she checks the printer and my order is still sitting there, nice huh? Then she apologized and said well at least you know it works.

The service has been slowly going downhill over the last few months. There are though a few good folks working there. The cashier Sunday had no clue behind the register. Another customer waiting was becoming impatient and so was I, when we talked about it the Manager got very defensive. This Manager has done this before, it is not a Manager type attitude. If I was the Manager of that location, I would do anything and everything to make the Customer happy, no excuses. P/S — This Manager was also very sarcastic to my wife the day before. She said thank you, your welcome, and have a nice day in a loud sarcastic attitude voice. It was so obvious. This is a people service job, at $ 5 or $ 6 per cup, you would get more love from Bob at 7 – 11 for 99 cents.

I love this Starbucks, they always get my order right! All of the baristas are super friendly ! They go out of their way for you… The only reason I give it 5 stars is that it only takes 1 barista with a poor attitude. I’ve noticed twice now that Debbie is rude to customers requests(a sleeve, a knife etc) and very short. Her overall demeanor is just not inviting. Doesn’t stop me! Everyone else and this sbux rocks!

It’s not my favorite Starbucks in town, but it’s fine in a pinch. I accidentally ordered a Coffee Bean product and the barista was still very gracious. Parking is tight, but I’ve never had an issue grabbing a space. If you’re in the area, it’s an option for your morning caffeine needs.

I love Starbucks coffee and go daily, however I will not be using this location any longer. The barista who is heavily tattooed(I love tattoos) is the rudest person ever! She always makes drinks out of order and oddly serves men first. Today I waited for 3 drinks for over ten minutes as people behind me received theirs. As I stood there patiently she actually talked about customers in front of me. No thanks! Negative coffee time is not for me!

I have had 3 horrible experiences in a row here. Girl with the earplugs and tattoos is awful. This was the second visit where I have waited at the counter while she gossips with her coworkers. I don’t mind waiting for a drink but she’s blatantly rude and has awful customer service. If you ask about your drink she will be even more bitchy. Today I heard her say«ugh these customers» after my friend asked about her drink that she has been waiting well over 10 min for while she chatted it up about last nights adventures. Based on her overall bad vibes and customer service I will no longer visit this Starbucks.

Great location next to the church. The service is excellent… Fast and friendly! I like their breakfast sandwich with my café mocha. Swing by Starbucks after church to get a grande frappuccino with a double shot of espresso. Need to use my free drinks before it expires.

Happy hour started today. Bought two vento frap for only $ 4.95. People are nice, and the store employees explained happy hour special. Members receive an additional hour from 3−6pm mon to sun. Non members is 3−5pm mon-sun. Happy hr ends on mothers day …

A Starbucks on my way to work, I stop by here a lot lately. Need me some yummy caffeine and they deliver! Nice employees, fast service, and always get my order right. There’s lots of seating at this one, inside and out, though I’m always passing through and don’t use any of it. Yay Starbucks!

It was 8pm and I asked for decaf… Now it’s 11:30 and I know I didn’t get decaf… Thanks Starbucks for the late night.

Reading a lot of negative reviews about this location. I come here all the time and I never had slow service. The parking is more than adequate but I guess the lazy people expect to park right by the door. Get a life people, this location rocks!

I’ve been to my fair share of Starbucks all over the country. This one is less congested but parking is limited depending on what time you go. The coffee is always made quick and to my liking and baristas are always pleasant.

Not the best staffing here! When you ask for just a cup of water … They won’t deny but won’t be sure to say anything else after handing you your water cup! Did you hear me say«thank you»? Plenty of other Starbucks will always appreciate you just ordering anything with great service and all smiles. Not this location!

Since my last write up — I have seen the light. The ladies behind the bar are on point. Lexie, Debbie and Joy are the light on this flame. Awesome job ladies– you handle the morning and weekend rush like«buttah». Now I brag about this joint to everyone.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. It is across the road from where we live, so it is very convenient. Cindy, the manager, always makes us feel welcome. The people that work there has become part of our family to an extent. I feel very blessed to have such a friendly Starbucks and the coffee is really good! They do a great job.

What’s to like about this Starbucks, the parking isn’t their fault, long lines(can’t help that it’s close to a ton of homes) but the barista«Cindy» is nasty person, should never work in customer service, glad it’s not my regular SB, love all the employees at Copper Hill and Newhall Ranch Road, here’s your tip, hire nicer baristas. Upon further calls to the corporate offices she is the manager ! God help us all with this women in charge !

By far the slowest Starbucks I have been too. I stood in line for 10 minutes while the girl behind the register wanted to talk with her friend whose order she was taking. Then I had to deal with the rude barista making my coffee. Don’t blame her as the 3 other employees were standing around talking about their tattoos. Anyways, thankfully there are starbucks every 5 feet so I can go to another one.

This Starbucks has a great patio that I could access off the sidewalk. I could leave my dog on the patio in the shade while I ordered my coffee. Recently though they put in large cactus plants to make it impossible to get to the patio unless you go through the store first. I don’t think they would appreciate me taking my dog into the store, and I’m not about to leave him in the front of the store where there is no shade. Looks like I’ll have to find another Starbucks that makes it more convenient to access their outside areas when pets are involved!

Out of all the Starbucks in town this one is the slowest with the WORST parking lot. I realize haste makes waste but between the time it takes to park, walk to the Starbucks if you can’t park close and then wait in the line to place your order, then wait in the small cluttered retail space… It can cramp your style, your coffee break or irritate the $£|+ out of you while waiting with the other java addicted folks of AWESOMEtown! The staff is nice. I just wish they were a bit more efficient and would not wipe their noses on the collar of their shirt while making your beverage in the barista fishbowl. Just saying!
