Starbucks

Iced vanilla latte on a hot day, pretty busy but they made it quick and I’m in my way.

Had I just not gotten a donut (Nutella filled) next door, I wouldn’t have come in, but an iced vanilla latte sounded pretty good.
The store was packed but I got my drink quickly and it wasn’t that bad.

I love my drink and bagel they are usually done correctly. I appreciate that the staff helps me learn new things about my favorites. Just wish my online order would go to the same place. Sometimes my drink and bagel are up front. Other days, yesterday, my drink was in the back and bagel up front. Experienced staff like Mike provides consistent service and I appreciate that. Everyone is always really friendly but please put orders in the same place everyday! Thank you

Condescending and Rude! I have tried so many times to give this location a chance, but it is definitely consistent on letting me down. Staff seems to be there to hang out with each other and forget that they have a line of costumers to attend to. They can be chatting for quite a while before they decide to turn around and work. Maybe they are all too young and inmature. And they have the oddest rules. Today I went in because I was shopping next door. There was no line. The cashier asked what I wanted, never once smiled and then, proceeded to tell me to walk to the end of the counter to give me the snack from the pantry. She made me walk all around, even though she could have brought it over at the register. Then there was no milk on prepping counter and I had to patiently wait as she chatted for a few minutes while holding the milk in her hand. Never once apologized.
One time my son ordered hot cocoa and it tasted like coffee. Also inconsistent with how they prep drinks.
I will always avoid them at all costs. Instead, would rather drive to the location on McBean and Arroyo Parkway: the friendliest, unpretentious, consistent with prepping drinks, quick and with the best environment.

Upon ordering my hot chocolate, I was given a fair bit of sass from the barista regarding the inflection of my voice. I would not like dine in an establishment that treats its customers like this

Wish I could give more stars. While Starbucks is pretty standard. Meaning, you can normally get the same tasting thing at any location, this one however impressed me today. Great touch by supporting the Buckeyes without even mentioning it. I really appreciate that! Will be back again.

This is «my» Starbucks. They’re a fantastic group of baristas that get your drink right at least 98% of the time and are great about getting it fixed if it’s not. They know you; they know your drink; and they always wear a smile.

I love love love this Starbucks! The Barista’s are very friendly and I feel like they’ve made an effort to get to know me. :)

Friendly staff, full of hard workers and smiling faces. Even with a line out the door they’re calm, kind, and helpful. My choice Starbucks in Valencia!

Ok, I have been going here all the time now for a while. It’s a great location for chillin out. Out front there is plenty of patio seating and a soothing fountain to help take away all your stress and imagine you are in an oasis of coffee bliss. — - Did I take it to far? LOL
So this is a smaller location without a drive thru, but it gets the job done. Staff here is for the most part helpful and friendly.
One gripe is that the drink pick up is on the opposite end of food pick up. So if you get let’s say a Frap and Slow Roasted, depending which comes up first you have to swim through people to get back and forth for pick up. I had to do that today. I was waiting by the drinks to come up, and sure enough the sandwich came up first. Then back over to the drinks counter. Not a huge deal but seems silly. I don’t recall any other locations like that.
They do get a BIG high five for supporting local schools and PTA for coffee donations for the school activities. Really cool of them.
I like a business who supports their local community and for that I always return the gratitude and come back.

Some Starbucks are better than others. This location their café mocha taste more like coffee. Not good!

It’s Starbucks. Same coffee, different day. The staff tonite was extra friendly! Nice peeps. They know their drinks.
The shop was clean. My fancied up Americano tasted great. Made quick and to perfection.
I love that they have blueberries in little to-​go containers. Seeing as the marshmallow square is the only gluten free sweet it’s nice to have the blueberries as a healthy alternative!
I am thrilled to see coconut milk!!! It’s not my fave coconut milk but it will do if I want to substitute it for cow milk.

This is by far the friendliest Starbucks in Santa Clarita. The staff is amazing! The drinks are always made to perfection.

You’ve been to one Starbucks, you’ve been to them all I say.
There’s nothing really special or really horrible about this particular location other than I live within walking distance so I will probably frequent it the most now. They’ve got all the same coffees, teas, sandwiches, pastries, mugs, etc that all of the other stores do.
This one has no drive thru, but a nice seating area inside and outside near an interesting fountain. They’ve also always gotten my drinks correct and are very friendly.

This location is the most convenient SB for me. I actually do not like Starbucks. There are definitely better options of coffee out there. I only go to Starbucks when I have a gift card.
Usually I get a tall decaf mocha. It’s actually not too bad and usually made pretty good. The problem I have was being lied to by the barista yesterday morning, who looked quite lost and frantic trying to figure out what to do in her area.
Normally I ask for decaf because I know decaf is not completely caffeine-​free. I prefer the slight caffeine in a decaf than full caffeine in a regular. I am prone to huge headaches with regular coffee but I am ALWAYS fine with a decaf.
So I came in yesterday for an extra hot tall decaf mocha. The barista made my drink and said: «Extra hot tall mocha». Normally they say the exact drink ordered and she did not say decaf. I asked her if it was decaf and with a slight pause she said: «Yes». I took her word.
Drink tasted the same as usual. An hour went by and my head started pounding. Felt dizzy. Migraine came on and I couldn’t concentrate the whole day. From an hour after I drank it (11 am) to me going to sleep around 10:30pm, I had a full on migraine.
I know I was lied to and honesty and trust is big to me. Instead of owning up to her mistake, which I would not have been upset, she lied like I wouldn’t know the difference. It’s a serious thing when you don’t make the right drink. I should be allowed to drink my coffee — decaf or no decaf without problems. I hate being lied to so I’m going to a different Starbucks to finish out my gift card.

Nice, typical Starbucks. There are only just a few tables, but its pretty quiet most of the time. It’s situated in the corner of the strip mall, and not immediately apparent– the Starbucks sign is much higher than the surrounding signs.

Quick service, helpful staff, and indoor and outdoor sitting.

Love this spot even though I never have time to frequent it. After a quick stop at Ralph’s to buy my nieces and nephews ice cream, we came here for my ice coffee with one Splenda and half-​n-​half. This is a must. I can’t resist Starbucks ice coffee. And, I can’t resist my niece because she is so adorable. She wanted to buy 4 apple juice boxes for the rest of the gang and how can I say no to that adorable little face of hers? She’s way too cute.
The people here are great and they have great outdoor seating. The vibe is positive and people join in from the surrounding eateries to eat, drink coffee and chat with each other about what school their kids go to or what kind of dog they have. Everything you would want in when you go to a coffee shop.
I need to hurry up and win the damn lottery so I can retire and spend more time here.

This is one of my favorite locations because the parking is easy and the outdoor patio with fountain is a nice place to hang out on summer nights or winter days. My drink is prepared consistently well and at the right temperature. It does get crowded during coffee rush hours (8:15am and 3pm) but you’re in and out in reasonable time.
