Another great CBTL experience on presidents day, this time in the drive thru. Super polite staff and alot of people in the drive thru because its good stuff.

Convenient location with a drive thru for peeps that are too lazy to get out of the car. You can’t beat that and CBTL is soooo much more consistent in service and quality of coffee than Starbucks if you ask me.

Dude, a drive thru here only makes unreasonable traffic near that LA fitness tolerable. A caffeine fix without getting out of your car and the only Dark Chocolate latte I will spend money on equals win.

Love this location. Yea it’s not totally visible from the main road (Newhall Ranch) but it’s on the way to the freeway so you can hit it easily on your way in or out of town. Oh and it has a drive thru. That’s a rarity for CB&TL.
Compared to the other mega coffee giant in town (SB love ya too), I do like how the ice in the iced beverages have those little ice balls rather than big cubes. Seems to not water down the drink as fast. Also like the muffin products here more than the other guys.
There is usually plenty of parking despite sharing a lot with the other restaurants nearby. Inside is clean and staff is friendly. Nice to have choices around here.

Drive thru-​one car in front of me, took over 5 min. of waiting, more than 4 workers inside pretty much not doing much & on top of it my sweet tea was sour! No apologies, not happy.

Better than Starbuck’s… coffee and staff too.
I’d love to see some fresh foods served. Be different and at least make something on site.

Better chia tea lattes than Starbucks. love their seasonal pumpkin donuts and their pepper jack croissants. Has a drive thru!

Always a good experience when I go here! Fast, speedy service and consistency is great! First Coffee Bean I have ever tried, now I’m addicted. The blueberry pomegranate tea latte is to die for!

Went through drive thru and my ice blended drink came out perfect! It was so good … Makes me wanna come here more than i go to starbucks. However, I like this coffee place because of their ice. Yes, their ice bits are yummy. Different! On a hot afternoon I had also asked for 3 cups of ice and the look the girl gave me was like …“whoa – THREEEEE” lol. She did repeat «threeeee». I was wiling to even pay extra $ for it… Really! Never get this reaction at a starbucks.

Horrible service. After waiting 20 minutes for a ice tea. I walked out. Well my wife wasn’t having any of that. She went in and asked for the tea they gave her the wrong type. I give up. Back to Starbucks for me

The service here is extremely slow, and they always get my order wrong. Don’t even try the drive thru unless you have 20 mins to spare. No matter who is at the window, they always seemed confused and flustered with taking my order. I’ve put up with this for too long never coming back. Sorry but you’ve lost a customer for good.

We have always had great service ! Jenna is the best she always takes care of us and always has a smile on her face !

I used to love this place but not so much now. I bought a coffee and gave the girl $ 20. She gave me $ 5.89 back. I said you can have the .89 cents but I gave you a 20 dollar bill. She got the manager who gave me another 5 dollars. I told her I gave the girl 20 and she didn’t believe me. Much attitude was thrown my way. I asked for my coffee and I left. The coffee tasted very funky and I threw it away.

We were in town visiting family from Seattle… The coffee Mecca of the world! In Washington we have little coffee stands all over the place, like on every corner. Good local coffee. I was surprised in California you really had two options. Starbucks or The Coffee Bean. Although Washington state has roughly a billion Starbucks, real coffee drinkers do not enjoy their brew! So we passed on Starbucks and head to The Coffee Bean! Coffee was awesome! 100 times better than sbux! My only complaint was we rolled through the drive thru about 830 on a Friday morning and they were literally out of almost every breakfast item! That was disappointing. Other than that, the taste was great in both my husbands and my drink and the service was friendly. We will return if we are in town again!

Great little hideaway for book lovers and tablet junkies. Plenty of parking and fast service. The seating inside is a bit limited but there are tables outside. I always look forward to an opportunity to stop in here and read or do some work on the laptop.
One thing I really love about Coffee Bean is the decaf ice coffee. Sometimes you want your fix without the caffeine and they hook you up. If you are lucky enough to grab a cranberry breakfast bar, you will have your little bit of heaven right here in Santa Clarita!
I never recommend the drive-​thru at coffee shops because they tend to take a little longer so just park in front and walk in.

Made an account just to report my mess of an experience. My girlfriend and I went in around 1:20 this afternoon and the place was practically empty. We ordered a large black coffee and a large sweetened tea. He tells us, «There is sweetener over there…»
We wait for around 3 minutes while the barista (I use that term lightly) chats up his coworkers in front of the pick up spot. When my gf gets her drink and goes to add liquid sweetener, they are out. I interrupt the barista’s convo to let him know and hand him the sweeteners. No clue where those sweeteners went but we never saw them again…
After 15 minutes of watching customers come and go, employees starting and ending convos with one another, I ask about my coffee. blank stares. Then the guy who took our order comes over and pours me a black coffee from the pot next to the register. Basically my perception… poor service, unprofessional, and an overall aloof attitude. Took far too long to pour two (premade!) drinks. I won’t go back… don’t expect them to make you a drink with more than one ingredient.

This is an updated review. I come here now for the hazelnut latte! Absolutely wonderful!

Which is better, Coffee Bean or Starbucks?
I think they’ve both got their merits, but Coffee Bean has a better tea selection in my opinion. They’re also slightly cheaper!
It’s got the usual coffee shop accouterments, mugs, pastries, coffee and tea to brew at home. This location also has the added benefit of having a drive thru. It’s also not in the mall (like the other closest Coffee Bean in the Valley), so it’s easier to get to during this crazy holiday season.
The staff here are very friendly as well and they get their orders out faster than the other one! All in all this is a good place to get our caffeine fix!

I adore this location. Not only because the have a drive thru, not only because they have the best ice-​blended drinks I’ve ever tasted (they are the original ice-​blended!), and not only because they have a great variety and even make things that aren’t on the menu anymore. I adore this location because the service is ALWAYS so nice and so efficient.
They are super with kids and when I order one large ice-​blended for the kiddos to share, they put it into two small cups and still top each with whip and sprinkles. Our drinks are always blended perfectly (not chunky or icy, never liquid-​y, always smooth and cool), and the prices are far better than what you find at the fast food joints that now want into this market.

My regular drink is a dark chocolate latte with half no sugar added chocolate. I know that’s a mouthful for a cup of coffee but I’m just using their vocabulary.
I’ve used the drive-​thru and walked in the store and both sides give good service. The dining area is small but on good weather days, the place to be is outside. It’s not crowded and you can relax with your drink.
This is my favorite Coffee Bean location in the area.
