Starbucks

This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is really on top of the orders. Everything comes out perfect and quickly. Other days I have been terribly disappointed, between not putting in my breakfast sandwich until I call it to their attention when I have noticed guest who ordered after me receiving theirs, or not being told they are out of a syrup and noticing when I’m tasting my drink. Nonetheless this location is close to work so that’s really the only reason I come in.

this starbucks is fast, friendly and the drinks are made well. better than other starbucks in the area.
one time i had forgotten my wallet at home, and they offered my order for free. :)

I’m giving them two stars because everyone is nice. Other than that the drive thru is the slowest one I’ve ever been thru! Be prepared to wait forever or just drive to the newhall one where it’s much faster!

Best Starbucks! They make my drink well every time I go there! Great customer service. Drive thru can be a bit of a wait sometimes but they will give you your Starbucks for free if you wait too long! I like that :) Overall I love it! Closest one to me that’s a drive thru so I don’t have to get out of the car with my little boy!

Matthew the cashier/​barista is an amazing human being!!! He over heard my sister and I discussing my decision to get a refresher over a caramel macchiato and asked what my options were, which I told him. But informed him that I had recently given up soda & coffee and he helped motivate me to stick to it and order the refresher. He then left a message on my cup. He’s fantastic.

This Starbucks definitely isn’t short on attitude. I would rather drive to Carl Ct or go into Target to get my coffee than come back to this location. Staff is rude and unexperienced.

Love this sbux! This is one of the only sbux that still has those comfy chairs and I love it. That’s why I come to this sbux every morning to study. When I am done with my studies still gonna be coming in to do some reading in those awesome sofa/​chairs. Also, super awesome staff! They rock and make me feel so welcome and comfy. Best sbux in Santa Clarita! Take it from someone who practically has lived at every sbux at one point or another. Love me some coffee! Lol

YASB — Yet Another Starbucks. Got all the goods here as you would expect. Love the drive thru! So close to the freeway — easy in and out.
Staff here is friendly and moves orders along as quick as they can. I does get a little busy around rush hours.

Pretty good spot for this Starbucks, its kept nice and clean staff is very friendly. Plenty of parking at this location, not like some of the ones i frequent in the S.F.V.

This Starbucks is on point compared to the other drive thru locations.
They are located on Magic Mountain and Tourney. Inside a huge shopping plaza. Drive thru line lines move fairly quick.
My order always comes out right and i love that. When i am not in a coffee mood i usually get a refresher. My usual refresher was the Valencia orange until they discontinued it along with the almond croissant. Now they have a new strawberry acai refresher. (meh) nothing fancy.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Without question. Was there this weekend. Ordered two simple iced coffees. One came out pretty quick, the other came out after four other coffees. So much for enjoying the coffee with my wife at the same time. In fact, she was half way done with her coffee before she went up and asked where my coffee was. Oh, it’s behind the other 4 coffees they just placed in front of it.
Then, some of the staff noticed a couple that walked in and seemed to have just stepped out of a fashion magazine. Sure, they looked good, but I heard the staff snickering and giggling after talking to each other over their headsets about a silly comment made by one staff member about one of those good looking customers. It’s just Starbucks, I don’t expect much, but you are at work… act professionally.
The bathrooms were dirty, out of working soap in the men’s room and the guy making and pushing out the coffee was just rude. Don’t roll your eyes unless you’re about the lose consciousness.
Starbucks does nothing better with coffee than anybody else can do. You go to Starbucks because of the brand, the consistency and service. I’ll avoid this Starbucks location from now on when heading to Santa Clarita.

Melinda and Tom were amazing! I had a crazy order and they made sure I was taken care of. They were so sweet, even though it was closing. Hope to see them in charge!

Walk-​in service for a flat white and an Americano: SLOOOOOOW.

Comfortable seating and a nice staff. Good location to stop at if you’re heading north on the I-​5, (after this Starbucks the next freeway close one is in Castaic… I would skip that one). Just off the freeway. With a drive thru. Reducing to 3 stars due to overflowing trash and dirty floor on multiple occasions.

I only come here for the drive-​through when I’m on this part of the town, otherwise I go to the Starbucks on Copper Hill/​Newhall Ranch Road.
It’s nothing special like the other Starbucks. The drive-​through attendants are always very kind, although they can be awkward sometimes.
They are rather slower than most Starbucks. It’s a little bit to get your drinks/​food when there are 2 cars in front of you… quadruple the time when it’s a full rush hour.

The staff is always friendly. The drive-​thru is not as horrible as some say. This place is popular and there are a lot of people who work in the area. Patience the key while in the drive thru.

Great getaway spot. As raging fanatics, we all know that the typical Starbucks is overflowing like a barrel of monkeys. This is hidden enough that offers a few extra tables on the weekends. That being said, it’s not an invitation to move your home office in the seating area and connect every know electronic device you may own, but it’s great for a laptop or a good book to read.

This Starbucks, located just East of the 5 off the Magic Mountain Parkway exit, makes a very convenient road trip pit stop if you know what you’re doing. The trick is to take the exit East, then take the second right onto Wayne Mills Place, NOT take the first right on Tourney — yes, I got myself majorly lost the first time I tried it.
The baristas are friendly and the restrooms are clean. There is a nice little corner with six comfy upholstered chairs just to the left as you walk in that is a great place to hang out with friends while you enjoy your yummy expresso beverages. There are also plenty of tables on which you can rest a book or a laptop. I am usually grabbing drinks to go and stretching my legs in the middle of long road trips so I rarely take advantage of either. I’ve never been here during the early morning rush so I’ve never seen much of a line.
Currently, my Starbucks beverage of choice is either a hot venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte or a cold venti iced peach green tea and this Starbucks can make either to perfection. I have had nothing but good experiences at this location.
