Great pizza place but beware that they increased their prices. Especially on their take out special that used to be $ 9.99. Now its $ 10.99

I absolutely love their antipasto salad. I moved away for a few years and didn’t remember how amazing a piece of pizza and an antipasto salad from Ameci’s is. Great customer service. Prompt delivery.

Great food! The ingredients are fresh and their sauce is amazing! We’ve also ordered the spaghetti w/​meatballs and antipasto salad as well. Both are really good and will not disappoint. My family and I love this place, and will continue to order from them!

We ordered the gluten free pizza. Pros: it’s a 14″ pie and you get 8 good size slices. Thin crust. Flavorful.
Cons: a bit over cooked, making the crust hard and a bit chewy. Especially the edges; they were flat out stiff.
No discounts on the gluten free pizza, which is another disappointment.

After stopping here for lunch where I had a cold cut sub, everything was good until a few hours later when I was sick. I had eaten nothing else afterward apart from a snack bar (sealed and good exp date) so the sub was the only prepared food I had. I can assume it was not made with good hygiene and so I was in the bathroom paying the price for 3 hours.

Ok, great food, but some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I ordered a custom veggie sub for my wife. Specific ingredients were requested and listed and repeated back to me. What arrived was a veggie sub with all of the wrong ingredients. My wife tried to call back to correct the situation and multiple people argued with my wife first to the point where she was so frustrated that she hung up the phone. They argued with her and told her that we ordered wrong. This argument was with the manager. I had to call back and ask again for them to make it right. Clearly, based on our experience tonight and many other reviews here, the owner of this company needs to replace management to increase sales and get any return customers in this area. When a customer is unhappy management’s #1 job is to correct that and make customers happy. This store manager here has never learned this unfortunately. I want to return for the food, but won’t until the management is replaced. :-(

I’ve ordered delivery from a few different pizza places in the Santa Clarita Valley. Amici’s pizza on Seco Canyon has great pizza, always a reasonable delivery time, and the pizza has always been hot. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

1 hour to deliver a sandwich to me and I live ¹⁄₁₀^th of a mile away. Charged $ 3 to deliver and could even get it to me in an hour. Wtf?!
Last time I ever order from here again. They’re special but not in the good way. Lol

Like the pizza. Came in on a Sunday and was informed they don’t do lunch specials on the weekends. The lady said I could only purchase a full pizza even when I asked if there was any way they could make an exception since I’m one person and just looking for a bite to eat and not interested in carrying around extra pizza with me all day. She declined even after I said I’d have to take my business elsewhere. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? Like I said, I like the pizza but I was seriously disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) today. Will not be returning unfortunately.

The pizza is tasty, but the sandwiches and meals are disappointing. The pizza carry out special is my favorite. They are also great for party orders if you call in advance. We get ameci’s pizzas for all of my kids’ parties and they are always ready on time for pick up.
The inside is very small with only two tables and no restroom so I recommend getting it to go.

I have been coming to Ameci’s for over 26 years for my cold cut sandwiches. Always picked one up when I was in town and enjoyed them when I worked there as a teenager.
Today something happened that I never imagined. I ordered my sandwich for pickup. Came to the store and the cashier was on the phone. The employees were having lunch in the front and tried to get her attention for me. She came to the counter annoyed. She rang me up and handed me the receipt to sign. She set it down and immediately went back to the phone. This was the worst service I have ever received, anywhere. I will not be going back to this specific store. Looks like a drive to Canyon Country next time.

Ordered food an hour ago. No thanks. Guy on the phone got an attitude with me.

Stick to the pizza and you’ll be okay. Delivery is good and as promised. I always stick to the pepperoni or sausage pizzas and they come out well. The dine in options are minimal as they only have two tables.
So far they have done us right and we will order from them. We stopped ordering from Pizza Hut and Domino’s because the quality is way better at Ameci.

Ameci pizza /​pasta makes their pizza dough daily, unlike other places the food here is made of fresh natural ingredients. They have great deals and prices.

The pizza is pretty good. The service stinks, they pick and choose what coupons to honor that are on their website. They have a two medium deal, two toppings each for 13.98 (right now if you look them up) and the woman on the phone was so rude, first off she probably asked me for my number about 10 times and put me on hold twice just so when she finally got to asking me what I wanted she didn’t know what deal I was talking about, then she said that deal was no longer valid (but it’s currently up online) that didn’t matter she would not honor it. Completely ridiculous!

Their pizza is pretty good, but everything else stinks, it really is overpriced crap. The wings are teeny tiny (I’m guessing pigeon wings?), the zucchini sticks taste bizarre, and their salad dressings are poor quality and loaded with salt.
I was charged for a soda that I didn’t even receive and I tried to return a $ 5 garden salad that was literally a bowl of plain lettuce (must see pic)… but when we called Amici’s, they refused to help, and we were told to take it to Grubhub…
Grubhub tells us that Amici’s won’t refund the salad, even though it was not the description on the menu, however Grubhub would honor our request and give us the $ 8 credit for any other restaurant of our choice. So basically Grubhub is awesome and Amici’s is run with very little integrity. Needless to say, we will never order from this place again.
