Third time is a charm. I came here twice and after I was told it would be an hour, it turned to two hours, so I asked for my keys in frustration and left. I brought it back the third time a little early and it got serviced in an hour. Something is off here. I wasn’t sure what, but when I went into the waiting room I quickly figured it out. There was a group therapy session going on between four other customers. They were ranting about all the mishaps they’ve had here and how poor customer service is. The service department told me they’re very short on mechanics and for such a huge facility, that’s pretty bad. I love my new Jeep, but miss the friendly and quick service from the Honda Dealership.

DONOTPATRONIZETHISBUSINESS! The modern car dealership is fading for the far superior CarMax business model and this place is a perfect example of why that is true. Kenneth, my salesperson, lied about the price and condition when I test drove my car, then lied several times when we were completing the We Owe You(which means the things they will fix before delivery of your car). They did not properly satisfy the We Owe You and tried to get out of provisions in the contract after they cashed my $ 21,000 check until I personally came down there and spoke to a manager for a very long time until he realized they had to honor my contract. I called them several times with no responses from management. Fortunately, I have a degree in journalism and am taking the next step. I am currently writing an article on the death of the dealership citing my experiences at AutoNation(Carl Gregory of Savannah) as the main example. I will link to the article as soon as it is finished. Again. AVOIDTHISBUSINESS!

Unfortunately, I can only give this dealership 3 stars because they have one of the most disappointing service areas that I have ever dealt with. I bought a car from them 9 days ago, and I have had it(operable) for 2 days. Their service area does NOT communicate. At all. I have had to be the one to reach out only to find out that they had to order parts that I didn’t know the car needed or they haven’t even looked at the car in the first place. The car was recently dropped off AGAIN Friday morning and has to be shipped to a Chevy dealership to be looked at tomorrow morning(Tuesday), and I can’t even be guaranteed to have the car that I bought 9DAYS ago back tomorrow. Poor customer service. I’m incredibly disappointed because I had a very good experience purchasing the car. But I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend(or even an enemy) because heaven forbid you had to have a service done, your car would be there longer than you would have it operable. Warranty or no warranty, I will not bring the car back to get serviced here.
