Cold Stone Creamery

Cold stone ice cream is good, but the customer service at this location is poor. We ordered a specific cake for my wife’s birthday party, and they failed to have it done and ready for pick-​up on the appointed day. What’s worse, they made my wife pay full price for a substitute cake, offering only some free ice cream as recompense.
I called from work when I learned what happened. I spoke to an owner or manager, and he was somewhat less than helpful. While we duscussed possible solutions, he seemed much more concerned about the cost of lost product than anything else.
Mr. owner, the right solution — which would have solved the issue on the spot — would have been to apologize for failing to make the right cake on time, and then offer either a free substitute cake right then, or the right cake for free later in the day. Tip: your customers’ time and money are important to them.

So I expected to get a cold stone. All They gas was ice cream. The ice cream was good. So not that upset. By the way does anyone know where I could get a really cold stone?

I could have just taken some dollar store icecream. Threw it on my counter flattened it out jammed a brownie in the center, literally fold it on top of the brownie, smashed it in a cup. And burned the 6 bucks
Completely uninspired employees, they made like 2 or 3 orders before mine, used the exact same spot on the cold Stone. There’s a whole slab with beautiful frozen ice crystals. But you wanna use the warm place?
Definitely won’t be back to this coldstone. First time at a coldstone, probably my last.

First time here, really good ice cream, if you like coffee and Oreo cream, get them mixed and you’ll be happy as happy is.

Ice cream was great, employees were not. One of the girls that worked there seemed miserable and she wasn’t friendly at all. She should have been somewhere else. Poor customer service.

While I am not generally an ice cream fan I went with one of my friends to this Cold Stone and was pleasantly surprised. They had a few healthy choices, including raspberry sorbet and tangerine sorbet. I would have liked to have seen some more of their low fat options but since this location is inside the mall it is fairly small. All in all the sorbet I got was a delicious treat that did not bust my diet!
