Dunkin’ Donuts

Just went there at 9:30 pm in the freezing night to have the doors locked in my face and a girl getting ready patiently inside looking at me saying we’re closed, meanwhile it clearly says open until 10 pm both right at the door and online. I told her but it says you’re open until 10… and why are all your lights on… pretty much looked like she thought it would be dead and she was just racking up the hours. Terrible service.

10 Depot Place Scarsdale, NY 10 583. I am a registered nurse and was dressed in uniform yesterday, 5÷5÷15. I frequent this location; in fact, they don’t even ask me what I’d like. They just place my light and sweet tea on the counter. Facebook posted, using the DD logo, that for Nurses Week they were offering a free cup of coffee. When I got to the register and asked for it, I was told no and the manager proceeded to run to the back only to return with a piece of paper that said it was a scam. So I said «so you’re not going to give me a free cup of coffee?» And he said No. So while the long line listened in, grew larger and more surprised (girl behind me produced the ad in support of my request) I went to my car for my $ 2.79 cup of hot water, tea bag milk and sugar. I was so fired up that I posted it on MY FB page and asked over 750 friends to forward my story and disappointment. Zakir, the manager will never see my face ever again. To think, he could have given me his smallest cup of coffee and I would have been satisfied. They waste more than that dumping coffee to make room for milk. I guess this DD has no appreciation for what nurses do every day. We take our coffee seriously-​it can help to save a life.

Unusually long wait for food and coffee compared to other locations. They get the order right about 50% of the time which is on par for dunkin donuts in my opinion. They like to give you ketchup packets one at a time which is absolutely infuriating.

I run on DD all the time. I barely go to the Scarsdale Dunkin Donuts but when Im in the area I sometimes go to it. I only get one drink only at DD. The man who helped me was so rude and nasty to me. I asked for a mocha iced latte and he made me a caramel latte. I kindly mentioned that I asked for mocha and he argued with me that I was wrong and continued to mimic me while he made the correct drink. He was so rude and made my drink disgusting. I will never go to that Dunkin in Scarsdale. So rude and nasty!!!

I bought an iced tea around 6:00 in the evening and it tasted a little weird. I wonder if it had been sitting all day because it just didn’t taste as fresh as I am used to.

I think the address of this one is incorrect. It is located on the other side of the train track, on Depot place. Maybe it was located the other side, but it is NOT at Spencer Place, now.
It is right next to the platform toward Manhattan.
Good service. Fast. They know me and when I get coffee and bagel in the morning, if I am rushing for the train, they do not mind if I paid tomorrow — how nice!
They already know what I want every morning, too. I love their coffee, believe it or not!

I like DD. I run on DD. I don’t understand why DD only employs idiots. I’ve been to particular franchises where I get my coffee the same way every single morning and they still seem to screw it up about 33.33% of the time.
Luckily, this DD location is pretty aiight, especially on weekday mornings. I think that’s when they schedule their all star staff so all the penguins can get to their trains on time.
I really like their blueberry coffee. It’s awesome. Like eating a muffin without eating a muffin. Divine.
