This McDonalds has the slowest drive through consistently at 3:15 pm week days! Today was the last straw 13 minutes and only 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. Your franchise owner should want to fix this!

What the epitome of a McDonald’s should be. Great service. Great food. And 24 hours. One of four nearby mcds and this is the best. Late night shines like a champ here

This location has consistently the slowest drive through service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food is consistent with any other McDonald’s drive-through but amazingly slow fast food.

the food here tastes exactly the same as at the mcdonalds by my house! decorum: fancy, cheesy, suburban service is usually fast. it stays pretty clean. usually the clerk is a pleasure to deal with. I havent noticed desparity between the speed of service of the drive through versus the lobby. havent seen ronald or hamburgler at this playplace location yet. c

Ah McDonald’s.the joy and bane of my existence. I’m an avid fast food connoisseur and I’ve been to all of the MickeyD’s around me and this place is the best. Friendly staff, nuggets are fresh, fries are never cold and stale, filet-o-fish buns are perfection. 4 stars only because of the health hazards that accompany indulgence in fast food. Also conveniently located right next to where I work out at, Blast Fitness. Needless to say, this is the provider of my favorite post-workout meal(10 nuggets + McDouble) hell yeah.

Ok this place is bad. Been here sad to say 2 times the last 2 days. They screwed up my order both times the second day evan charged me .25 for my water REALLY its tap water I am in the industry these cups do not cost .255 a peace or they would loose money. These owners are money hungry and will nickel and dime you all the way. Go elsewhere people save yourself the aggravation.

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds in their system. Terrible service. Food quality sucks and the place is in a word — dirty. I’m shocked they don’t have P1P2 or P3 incidents here. For people that don’t know that lingo it’s McDonalds acronym for severity of foreign object in the food or worse yet — food poisoning. Do yourself a huge favor, drive, walk or crawl a mile or two away from this dump and eat ANYWHERE else. You will be glad you did.

This location is really hit-or-miss. There are times when the service is very friendly and fast, and other times when the service is so-so and slow. On a weekday morning at 9:00, I shouldn’t have to park in the drive-thru parking and wait for a Sausage McMuffin with Egg and iced coffee. However, there are times when the staff is friendly and my food is hot, fresh, and served quickly. I guess it depends on the phase of the moon. Roll the dice with this one; good luck!

It’s a good location to have a drive thru. However, they never seem to move the drive thru efficiently. They also don’t seem to move the line in the store very efficiently, so whether you go in or not, you lose. I rarely go to McDonald’s, I only go if I need an iced coffee fix, but I would prefer not to go to this location. The service really is lackluster.

Terrible service. Never get what I order. I don’t think its that hard yo read a ticket and give an order.

Good McDonald’s location. Really friendly people at each window, probably the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. I’ve also never had an issue with order accuracy here. Great location as far as Mickey D’s go!

I hate to admit it, but I feed my kids McDonald’s more often than I would prefer. At times, it’s become our first choice for dinner/lunch simply out of convenience. So, since we spend a good amount of time in McDonald’s, I’ve decided to Unilocal every location we’ve been to that has a PlayPlace, starting with the Schaumburg one which happens to be our favorite. The food is the food — exactly what you’d expect from a fast-food joint and a McDonald’s. We’ve never had any issues with our orders here. It’s always generally ‘fresh’ and served hot. Service is consistently quick and efficient, and more often than not, cheerful. The PlayPlace itself is laid out differently from most of the others ones we’ve been to. Rather than the usual standard indoor climbing gyms, this one is a large Treehouse. Of all the ones we’ve gone to, this one is the cleanest. I’m fortunate to be physically small enough to be able to follow my kids up into the treehouse(important since my 3yo has no issue climbing up, but wigs out once there and can’t come back down… meaning I have to go in and rescue him). And I’ve actually seen the inside of this treehouse. While it’s sticky in some spots, overall, it’s okay. Maybe because it’s a wider space than most of the other indoor gyms, staff are better able to wipe it down and clean it… but I know of other McD locations where I raced home to bathe my kids after seeing how filthy they’d gotten coming out of the playplace(and now you have been forewarned of upcoming reviews). Outside and around the treehouse they have other climbing things(tiger and lady bug? — if I remember correctly), and games, including arcade-like video games. The floor is covered with soft rubber material — astroturf style. The room is a good size, bigger than most and takes up half the restaurant. It would be nice for bday parties. We actually happened to come one day when there was a bday party going on and the kids looked like they were having a great time, and playing games including Bozo-or Ronald– buckets! Though, they did attempt to hang a piñata from the treehouse which was promptly shut down by staff. lol. They also have a separate kid-friendly bathroom in this section, perfect so that you don’t have to go into the main restaurant, especially since the kids are only allowed to wear socks… speaking of which, I appreciate at times coming across staff who do a quick check of the room for either cleaning or making sure kids are wearing socks and not playing in their shoes or bare feet. Socks can be purchased at the counter for $ 1. Also, free Wi-Fi at this location, so it’s nice to be able to surf on the iPad while the kids eat and play. I’ve seen many other parents do the same here. So yes, we’re here a lot, and plan to continue coming back so long as they maintain it!

Eh, not bad. I probably wouldn’t eat inside, and you have to be very clear that you don’t want anything at all in your iced coffee(otherwise they really want to put sugar in it for some reason…) but the people that work there are almost always friendly. Edit: Bumped these guys to an easy four stars as they’re now literally the only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that can get my coffee order correct(Iced coffee without cream or sweetener). Every time now they’re right on the money! Plus, the very nice lady there gave me the egg and cheese biscuit price for my Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle that I order without sausage! So the people here are great.

DISGUSTING! HORRIBLE! This Mcdonalds is an absolute joke. I went to drive thru in am for coffee, and and egg mcmuffin, all I had with me is a VISA gift card, didn’t even have my wallet. After I ordered they told me they are not accepting VISA gifts cards right now.(WTF???) So I had to scrap up change in my car only enough to get the coffee, NOFOOD! Then this moron hands me a pile of creams and sugars in my hand, NO bag, NOSTIRRER, I guess this idiot uses his finger to stir. I received no apologies from anyone. I DONOTRECOMMEND, THEYSUCK!!! Anyway half the time the food smell like crap in the bag from this store, I do not think they clean anything inside.
