Desert Showcase Landscaping

Hired Tom to do some patio work on our yard. We had guests coming for the super bowl so by the time we committed we have him a REALLY TIGHT window to get it done.
Not only was it done, but the work was fantastic, quick and reasonably priced. He helped us pick the tile that fit our house and style.
Just an awesome experience and will definitely use again.

Tom was one of 5 companies that I had come out and to give us a bid/​proposal for converting a dirt/​rock yard into a grassy yard with 2 patios last spring. He definitely left the best 1^st impression during his visit. Tom spent much more time than anyone checking out my yard and gave me a lot of advice on smaller DIY projects as well as other things to consider that didn’t involve landscaping. His prices were in line with everyone else while using higher quality parts. He presented us with a large variety of options without any pressure. In the end, the yard turned out much better than we expected. He even came out twice after the installation just to check on and adjust the irrigation system. I definitely recommend Tom and Desert Showcase Landscaping.

I originally wrote a 5-​star review for this business, but soon took it down. In the beginning, I immediately liked Tom from Desert Showcase because he was eager to start the job, came with great qualifications, gave a great picture of his thoughts and was very knowledgeable. We decided to use his services.
Unfortunately, we paid him in full back in late February/​early March and the services were incomplete until early June after emails asking him to complete the job. I had been contacting him about this over the months to which he has always responded either with a phone call or a personal visit. He told me at the end of March that he was waiting on back ordered supplies and it would be a few days until he finished our project. Out of pure frustration, I emailed him one last time to tell he we would either like the landscaping to be finished or our money refunded by the end of that week. We have not heard from Tom.
It took contacting his references and partner to get a response from him. The job is now complete and looks great. I wish the job would not have taken 4 months to complete.
** This company is doing the same thing to my neighbors, so this is not a one-​off situation. Sad. I will continue to update.

Tom of Desert Showcase Landscaping has done a phenomenal job for us! He installed a beautiful paver patio in our backyard and designed and installed all of our front & backyard landscaping. Everything looks great. I would recommend Desert Showcase to anyone; they’re super knowledgeable and very affordable.
