I had my phone stolen last weekend, long story short, I was fed up with not having a phone and was completely ready to pay full retail price for a new one.
After entering the store, Michael greeted me with enthusiasm and wanted to do anything to help me out. Unlike a lot of places/​customer service reps who just treats you like a dollar sign, he genuinely listened to my story and told me where to go for a possible discount even though he would lose the commission. They didn’t have the phone in stock and he was completely honest about it.
Thank you Michael, for going above and beyond in sympathizing with my situation. I’ll definitely come back when my contract is due.

Very low class workers. They had told us you can get a pad 50 a month, they ended up charging 150 a month. We had returned the pad and they still where charging us. The manager of this store is all about commissions

I’ve done a review on this store before, and nothing has changed — superior service with extremely knowledgeable and courteous people. I get all my Verizon needs taken care of in this store, and I have never had to wait more than a few moments. I wanted to give a special shout out to Alex who dealt with all my issues with patience and a very high degree of competence. With a staff like this and the ease of being helped right away, I would highly recommend this store once again!

Alex does a superior job managing this location. She is VERY knowledgeable (as is Anthony) but she really literally knows everything. She is always calm and polite, particularly because they always seems understaffed with 3 or 4 people in line.
Alex goes above and beyond for her clients daily.

I want to write what a wonderful experience I had yesterday at my bullfrog!!! The manager Alex was awesome… I had a problem with my new iPhone that cox had me o. The phone with for two days, Alex fixed he problem immediately.

Verizon has become with the new iPhone a real compeitor to AT&T.
The cellphones are slightly different (you cannot use the internet while talking), but Verizon seems to be the better choice. The folks who work here are very nice and friendly and more than willing to help you switch over.
