I recently purchased a new refrigerator I saw on Craigslist that was for sale from Marlin Appliance and my salesman was George. He helped me with delivery, (and I live 3 hours away!) install and take away my old fridge and was always available by phone to answer any of my concerns or questions. I am very happy I purchased from Marlin Appliances and would highly recommend them to anyone. If you are searching for an appliance go see George or give him a call, he will take good care of you or one of his associates will!

A local place with unfriendly service. Service just OK when in the showroom but if you have an issue, they do not stand by their product. The line is «we offer manufacturers guarantees» This means they do not take back a product even if it does not work right out of the box. Instead you need to work with the manufacturer to get parts or a replacement approval.
Bought something and it wasn’t working the next day. When I called to get a replacement, the fist person advised that he just got in an wasn’t ready to help people yet. When I finally got to someone who was ready, they gave me a manufacturer hotline. Bottom line, 3 weeks later I have a $ 500 piece of art in the garage with no use and the part still on order.
