I’ve been in this store several times and always have had a great experience. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful.

Having been to this store and the one on 2nd Street I’ve realized you only get acknowledged and helped if you’re in your early 20s and real cute.

I love shopping at boutique stores – particularly Francesca’s. I have only been to three of their locations: Manhattan Beach, Torrance and most recently, this one. They all seem to be parallel in their helpful and friendly worker bees, customer service, presentation of storefront and pleasant atmosphere. It’s very attractive to me because it is well lit, clean, organized and chic. I cannot ever seem to go into one of their boutiques without buying something and that’s because most of the time they have just the thing I am looking for. I love their reasonably-priced girly, wares. Everything from books, jewelry and décor to clothing. Clothing can be on the pricey side but they have a lot of good deals(quite often BOGO) and there is always a great find in the sale racks. It has become my go-to for me and gifts for others. PARKING: The Seal Beach location has a big lot with ample parking. It shares a Plaza with restaurants and other retail stores. It was pretty busy on the weekend and people were waiting for my parking space.

The clothes are cute but overpriced for«made in China» merchandise.” I do like the jewelry and cute gifts. I found some cute unique gifts. The location is convenient. The customer service was ok. The girl ringing me up was ok. I don’t want to say anything rude but the customer service could have been better. I don’t get it– if you hate people or they annoy you, why would you work retail?

What a cute store! I loved looking at all of their cute dresses(the ones for sale are definitely great deals at $ 20-$ 30 a dress), accessories, and random gifts(cute flasks, cups, etc). I ended up getting a pair of earrings and a headband-everything was buy one, get one half off, too. The workers were also super friendly!

Franny’s is one of those places that has a little bit of everything and can cater to a WIDE ranges of age groups because of it. I usually shop at the 2nd street location in Belmont Shore but I especially like the Spectrum location because it’s bigger. YESBIGGER is BETTER so believe the HYPE! This is one of my go to places for accessories, odd and ends and fun gifts. It’s mainly a store for women and girls so to all you guys out there that are in need of a gift you might be able to find it here. They carry everything from but not limited to pj’s, shoes, boots, socks, frig magnets, notebooks, sweaters, dresses, tops, jewelry, hats, a nice variety purses, bags, or wristlets, belts, coffee cups, scarves, some baby items, children toys/games, wine opener and other novelty items you can use to stuff gift bags or… stocking that hang by the chimney with care in hopes that Saint Nick will soon be there. The service is ALWAYSNICE and FRIENDLY at all the locations I have been to and they tend to go over and beyond in helping you to find things such as a specific ring in your size which is nice! There jewelry tends to be a little on the different side so you can almost guarantee you won’t look like someone else which for most females is a GREATTHING! You tend to outgrow the bopsie-twins look right around the time you graduate from middle or high school in search of your own identity which still tends to resemble the people you hang around. Birds of a feather flock together. If you have a special occasion you might find the accessories here to go with that outfit. Be sure to take your time to look around because this place is JAMPACKED with things and it is easy to overlook stuff! I HATE to say it from the outside looking in or until you get used to this store ITCANLOOK like a HOTMESS or junk because just about every inch of space is covered but it’s just the style of this store so DON’T be alarmed. It took me a while to FINALLY start shopping here because of that. They ALSO have some GREATSALES if you can catch them as well as CLEARENCE, which I have ALWAYS seen SOMETHING that is CLEARENCED. I have also found REALLYCUTESHOES here once in a while. It’s like a needle in a haystack type of pace so you have to be ready when you go in or you’ll just end up getting frustrated, leave and won’t come back. My ONLY downfall with this store is they have gotten on the pla-leather trin which I’m NOT a fan off. I’d probably get more purses here if they were NOT that FAKELEATHER! I like the real stuff. If I’m gonna eat Elsey I might as well wear her too. If you need a special fun gift or in need of a different accessory try them out!

This is one of a chain of cute little boutiques. They have clothes, shoes, bags, accessories and fun gifts. I love stopping by for a gift or just to cruse the racks. Some stuff sold here is a bit overpriced but on several occasions I have found a great dress at a good price here. It is a smaller store, but it’s amazing how much stuff they can fit in it. My only complaint, the customer service can be really lacking at times. Sometimes it’s amazing… there’s someone taking any clothes in my hands and immediately putting them in a dressing room for me, asking me if I want them to hold something at the register for me so I don’t need to carry it around with me, giving me advise on what necklace might go best with the outfit, etc. Two or three times the girls just sat behind the counter gossiping. Overall, I love this place so a few bad experiences won’t keep me from coming back

They had some cute accesories at their side and some touristy stuff.
