They always have my favorite tasty adult beverage waiting for me to buy and enjoy at the beach. Staff is always friendly and the ice is affordable to fill my cooler. The magazine rack always has my favorite magazine«jugs»

Easily the biggest selection of beer and liquor in Seaside. Great location, super friendly staff. The only reason didn’t give 5 stars is that they are at least a dollar or 2 more expensive than every other store in the area.

Love the old school vibe I get every time I drive by… reminds me of the 60’s or something… vintage chic. Well this place is packed with a lot of beverages… many of them cold, a row of wine, liquor and snacks galore. This place also boasts the largest magazine selection in Monterey and they do not lie. Service is friendly and I love the convenient corner location… the only thing I do not care about are the incense… sure incense are great for when you poo and you want to make the air smell better but unless it is a smoke shop, I think incense should be sold packaged to avoid all the excess smell floating in the air. I feel like the chocolate and the cookies in the row or two back would suck in that«smell» that is all I’m saying… I did find Grape flavored Red Vines… killer! I haven’t had a chance to devour the pack yet to check to see if they smell like incense… I will keep you posted! Oh and I stopped in for some Jimador… affordable decent tequila for our house margaritas. I opted for Reposado this time and for the same price they offered a gift set with a Jimador drinking vessel. Cool. I didn’t need it but I’m drinking a nice cold(glass was kept in the freezer) margarita right now. Just lovely.

It always feels good to run down an aisle hollering, «Awesoooome, we’re gonna get tanked for six bucks!» and have the staff chuckle along. With incense on the counter in scents like«Butt Naked», «Bling Bling», «Pimpin’ Ain’t Easy» and a whole slew of other names of gold, they’ve got to have a sense of humor, eh? These being right next to the Swisher Sweets and in close proximity to the ice cream bars, it seems they’ve got a subset of their clientele all figured out. Boasting the«biggest magazine selection in Monterey County» and a solid array of liquors with prices to encourage, it only really lacks in the microbrew and wine departments. But as long as you’re flexible on your path to altered states, you’ll be in the most kindly of hands.
