Superb service from the staff(attentive without being overbearing), good sale items, plenty of inventory. Excellent quality clothes I plan to wear for many years.

5 star service, 5 star friendly, 5 star prices, 5 star location, 5 star feel good! I loved my visit to Alhambra so much the first time, I went back 3 times over a weekend! Spent a lot of dough, but on timeless pieces that will last me a lifetime. You can tell the owner really cares about her customers. She spent a lot of time with me and we had a lot of fun while I tried things on. I want Alhambra to move to Portland! Loved my visit, Alhambra is a hidden gem.

Don’t support this business. The owner is crazy. I like honest business and good people, and that guy is a psychopath. Never going there.

Love this place! staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Designer pieces are all so amazing. I’d go more but a girls gotta pay her rent! One of the only places I’ve found that sell a «modern vintage» style I’m into right now. Plus points for being local and small business.

I stopped by at Alhambra while on vacation in Seattle and was impressed with the quality of cotton of some of its clothing lines. However, the clothes are expensive and not necessarily flattering despite comments made to the contrary especially by the owner, who really pushes a sale. Because the return policy noted on the sales receipt is quite strict, I doubt that I will return. When I shop, I like having the knowledge that I can return the item if it doesn’t feel right when I get home. That is not an option here.

Awesome store! I agree with previous posters that the sales staff is really friendly and awesome! They treat you like family and will not hound you when you are shopping. Right up my alley! The store carries beautiful quality products that are timeless and functional. I’ve purchased a few things there that just happen to be my fav’s for everyday wear or use. A+ Alhambra!

Articulate, immaculate designer haven. Alhambra ushers you into a tasteful vision executed flawlessly, rarely does one see such a gorgeous space. Its artisan jewelry showcases, gems unto themselves to behold, are interspersed among finely edited, sumptuous apparel offerings. Some noteworthy finds: — Tucker draped silk blouses — Ulla Johnson(Brooklyn) deep berry v-neck wrap dress with flying Canadian geese print — McGinn(S. Korea) black velvet flock polka dot sweetheart cocktail gown, black silk cocktail w/bottom front/back ruching & white chiffon low v-cut back paneling — Graham & Spencer black laser-cut longslv top, slim cut bodice — Burning Torch(LA) shrunken leather jacket Live jazz on Saturdays, an elegant finish to a divine experience.

I love Alhambra. For the most cohesive and yet, extensive, dress selection in Seattle – this is it. They carry Graham & Spencer, Common Thread, Rozae Nichols(and, they carried this particular line before Barney’s or Les Amis), Gary Graham, and many others. For my firm’s holiday party, I bought a gorgeous Gary Graham black ballerina dress, finished with jewelry from the store. I would have bought the Bettye Muller heels they gave me to try on with the dress, if my feet weren’t so ridiculously large as to look like stuffed sausages in size 40s. Their cashmere is expensive, and divine. Ditto that for their shoe selection – but they have some nice deals as well – I have bought two pairs of Repetto ballet flats here on sale for $ 50. They also carry a really great selection of Bettye Muller heels that I can’t wear because my size is a 41 – 42, but that I LUST after(heads up: head to their Warehouse behind U Village for off season Bettye Muller for around $ 100). The owner is usually there – she is friendly and knows every item in her inventory. She brings me things to try on when I’m looking for event-specific items, and it’s usually her pick that I end up carrying out of the store. These clothes are not cheap – but totally comparable to everyone else carrying the same lines. And, last time I went in, they gave me a $ 50 gift card. LOVE this store.

Oh Hamby, I can call you Hamby, right? After all, we’ve been together for many years now. Dearest Hamby, you are the love of my life. Thank you for always taking me back even after I’ve strayed at Sway and Cake, flirted with Mario’s and down and out cheated at Barney’s(what can I say? It was a DVF silk jersey wrap dress — I have no regrets.). But it is you Hamby, I will always return to. I will try harder to be faithful. I promise.

Damn it! Why can’t we have this store where I live in the Bay Area? It’s not often that I see TWO outfits in the window of a store that I really want. Unfortunately one was $ 260 and the other was $ 310. Too rich for my blood. Their clothes are very stylish and feminine, and aren’t just following a trend that will die after one season. Beautiful and unique jewelry, too!

I have picked up some nice gifts here — mainly jewelry. It’s definitely a certain type of jewelry, somewhat understated, but vurry nice. Why do I keep doing the ‘First to Reviews’ for all these classy women’s stores? I must treat my woman right or sumpthin.
