Great salads but the lady who made my salad(brunette) gave me attitude just because she was having a bad day. That’s not an excuse we all have bad days but I don’t let it show at work so that’s annoying.

Discovered this place by the great star rating it has and it did not disappoint! The first time I came it was around 1 and I didn’t know that it would have been best to make an online order(even though the pick up line was all the way outside) so in the end it was too chaotic for me and I left. So a few days ago I placed an order online and an hour later it was ready for pick up and I didn’t have to wait in line at all! I had the«Walk the Flank» salad and it was delicious! Loved it!!! I think the hardest part is knowing when to go and not to show up during peak hours(aka lunch time) but I definitely will be back to try the other salads!

I know a salad place doesn’t sound exciting but I love this place. I usually go to this location which is tiny so I usually take my salad to go. They do have some seating but nothing for more than a couple. The portions are generous and the ingredients are fresh. I tend to get the el sombrero or the Cobb, both are amazing. This is a great place to stop for lunch or a healthy dinner.

This place is sensational. We are visiting from out of town and ordered to our hotel room. The salads were fresh and absolutely delicious. The quality of ingredients is great and their cilantro dressing was incredible. I highly recommend this place.

I don’t usually spend $ 12 on a salad, but I’ll spend it here. Their salads are DELICIOUS! Best to order online for pickup during lunch time though. The line is LONG and it wouldn’t be unusual to wait 40 minutes in line.

It is hard to get excited about a salad place. But I have fallen in love with this place so much that these people now know my order immediately right when I call in. The servers are always friendly and understanding of any modifications I need to make in my order. The salads are tasty and feel like they are made with fresh ingredients. I also love their loyalty program that rewards people with a free salad for every 10 salads. I like the different salads they have and it’s easy to make new combos if you desire. Only downsides: lunchtime can be quite a wait, as the salads are made to order and can often take awhile. But if you know the right times to call in or visit, these guys will get you out in no time.

Love this place for a good large salad. It is def pricey once you start adding proteins, and you always get more food when you go and order rather than picking up delivery. The place copied Chop’t in NYC, but I am glad we have something like that here! The dressings are yummy and the ingredients are fresh. Def a go to for lunch! Poor guys always seem so slammed, but they are all very nice! The manager is a doll!

Did not have a pleasant experience here. I’ve worked for years in the service industry, the service and system here needs an update. Told the first person what I wanted,(the Asian wrap) ok cool, he puts it in a bowl. Go to the next person on the line, she asks me what I was having. Again, I had to tell them the Asian wrap. Now keep in mind, you almost have to shout your order at them because they can’t hear you. And I understand if you’re having a bad day but keep that out of your workplace. This girl gave me the dirtiest look and the worse attitude. Pass the bowl to the next person, they ask what did you order. AGAIN, I say the Asian wrap. Wraps it up and gives it to the cashier. The cashier asks, what did you order, AGAIN, I say the Asian wrap. Did I have to repeat my order to every single person on the line? They need a better system, either tell the person next to you, or the first person should write on a piece of paper what it is and tape it on the bowl. Then each person writes what they had or something then at the end the cashier can clearly see what they ordered and what extra things were added. I understand paying a little more for fresh food but won’t pay for the service.

ELSOMBRERO. PORFAVOR. DELICIOSO. GRACIAS. I’ve had several salads made by Evergreens now and my favorite by far times a million is the El Sombrero so it’s the only one I ever order now.

The food is very yummy and top of the line. Which you definitely pay for it. I would give 5 star, but it on average takes between 15 and 25mins to get through the line. Unfortunately if I don’t have a full hour of lunch, I don’t have time to get my food and eat it. So be aware of that. I always get the super bowl and have food allergies. They are amazing with the level of care they take to handle my food. I love that they always are smiling and friendly.

Had one of their wraps. Very tasty. Line moves very fast. Good, fresh ingredients. Clean which is a must! Staff was friendly and eager to please.

All of us at the office have eaten here multiple times — probably once a week at least! They make fabulous salads that never get old. I think I’ve had the same salad(Spicy Kale) at least 20 times — love it. It’s super convenient on the same block as our office, they have hard workers staffing the place, and very healthy food. I do recommend if you’re in search of a «big salad» to fill you up that you watch out for the long lines during lunch rush though.

Whenever I am traveling I always have a hankering for something heatlhy at some point. Luckily while I was in Seattle, Evergreens came into my line of sight when I had the urges. This salad galore is only a short 7 minute mile walk from Pke’s place and of course, accessible to all of Seattle go-ers. Environment — this is a small shop in which there are tables as soon as you enter, and then a salad bar to your right where you can order. Theere aren’t that many seats for you to sit down but you ensure that your salad will stay cold in this cool Seattle weather. Food — everything here is super fresh. I don’t remember exactly what I got… but it had red onions, cherry tomatoes and steak inside… ohmygosh so delicious. you cannot go wrong with any ingredient that you may throw together hehe so delish! Come vist Seattle’s Evergreen! Although it might be a bit expensive… it is totally worth it! I WANTMORE

5 stars for the product they sell. Fresh & delicious salads with generously portioned premium toppings. You’ll pay for that. But, it’s worth the couple of extra dollars. My favorite way to obtain an evergreen salad is through peach delivery. Otherwise?(and they lose a star for this even though it isn’t really their fault they are so popular) Prepare for a serious wait. 40+ minutes at «lunch time» is not uncommon. Don’t think you’ll skip the line by ordering online or anything– unless you’re ready to pick it up before 11am or after 1pm, because between 11am and 1pm, the online ordering tool isn’t available for this store(too busy).

If I could eat here every day, I would!(I did while visiting!) everything tasted super fresh, and sooooo good! The vibe in here is clean and upscale! The staff has always been friendly and very helpful!!! Now about the salads!!! I fell in love with the super bowl!!!(If marrying it was an option, my last name would be Bowl!!) I am obsessed with quinoa, and this bowl has a ton of it! They add in turkey, almond. And tomatoes, and I’m in heaven!!! My hubby has ordered the fajita, the sombrero, and the Cobb. All were amazing! Had I not found my heavenly bowl, I would be super happy with any of those! And their brownies are super good! A perfect little addition to a super healthy bowl! Trust me, if you are in the area, please go here!!! Your tastebuds will thank me!!!

Okay this place rocks. I mean I can’t say anything more than that but I shall try. I must admit that I have never tried anything on the actual menu because I always create my own salad and it has always come out nothing short of fantastic. I’ll tell you what it is but I fear that most will not appreciate the mix of ingredients; here we go: Kale, Quinoa, Steak, Bacon, Egg, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Walnuts, Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. Comes to around $ 16 which is definitely on the pricey side but for me well worth it. It’s a hearty meal practically not needing any dinner after having this for lunch. Having said that here are a few tips: — Don’t bother with the brownie — it was mediocre at best — If you like dressing ask for it heavy — they don’t put much — Order online! Especially at lunch time so that you can look like a baller when you skip the long line

Evergreens serves one of the best salads around using fresh and local ingredients. I always get the El Sombrero with Chicken which ends up being around $ 12 after tax, but it’s definitely worth it. Sadly, the line here gets RIDICULOUS around lunch time, pretty much a 15+ person line non-stop from 12 to 1PM. Still, I’ll suffer in line from time to time for over 40 minutes if I’m really craving the El Sombrero, but those days are far and few in between now.

I had stuff from this place at a Farmer’s Market a couple years ago and remembered it being amazing. I have been looking for something like this to open for a LONG time healthy, quick, allergy-friendly, veggie-heavy food. The portions are very generous. I also appreciate that they serve meat… so many healthy-organic food places are also vegan/vegetarian and it’s nice to have the option to get a little protein on occasion. Also, they mix it for you! Which is a big deal for me… I hate getting something to-go in a bowl and then trying to mix it myself without having everything spill all over the edges. I actually almost gave this review 3 stars because the service was… not good. I was hardly greeted when I walked in line, and then when I was greeted I told the lady that this was my first time in their store. She said, «Oh» and then walked away to work on other things while I was left standing and looking cluelessly at the menu. She then proceeded to rush me as I ordered my food. I understand that it was lunch hour and they were busy(actually, nobody was in line behind me), but it wasn’t a great first impression. If not for that experience, this would be a five star review. I look forward to seeing more of these places open up in Seattle and hope they can figure out a way to greet their customers with a little more friendliness.

Holy Nordstrom employees, Batman. If you can, order ahead or don’t come during traditional lunch hours. You’ll be stuck in a very long, slow-moving line full of women glued to their iphones wearing bright lipstick and booties, ordering salads with dressing on the side(no bread, of course). Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but it’s amazing how much you can observe the similarities of a group of people when you’re standing in that line. Forever. Line complaints aside, they do try to get people through as quickly as possible but it’s no match for the hordes of people who descend upon this place come lunchtime. On my visit, I ordered Walk the Flank(Romaine, Marinated Flank Steak, Grape Tomatoes, House-Pickled Red Onions, Bacon Crumbles. Dressing: Pasta & Co. Big Blue Blue Cheese) without the bacon and it was pretty good. I was worried the steak would taste dry and tough, but that wasn’t the case. I ordered a regular sized salad and I was stuffed half-way through the salad. There is a menu of salads but you can order any combination of ingredients as you want. Prices are on par with most other«quick» lunch options in the area. I will come back, I just need to make sure I’m ordering ahead(also note: you cannot choose a time to pick it up, so order at a time you’re ready to go and pick it up)

Being a brand new business is tough, but it’s when you look like old pros that impresses me most. I popped by Evegreens today for lunch when I was running some downtown errands. Relieved to see a newer, healthier option I was also glad to learn that they’re also locally based and locally focused. They use locally raised grass fed beef in their steak salad, they make their own house dressings(except for two that are from Pasta & Co. who is also local) and they use Beecher’s cheeses in their salads as well. Which is quite a treat considering that for their smallest salad you’re only spending $ 8. And with a few add ons here and there you could spend a little more, but I got just the salad and was plenty for me! The menu was super easy to follow. There are 9 or 10 pre-made salads you can have mixed up or turned into a wrap, or you can make your own salad following the easy steps clearly displayed on the menu. The taco salad caught my eye and later my heart. It’s delicious! In fact, I thought to write this review because I ordered a large(just $ 9!) and am eating the rest of my salad a few hours later. It’s still bright and crunchy and tasty after splitting into two meals. Also worth noting that there’s the absolute perfect amount of dressing on the salad. It wasn’t dripping wet or soggy, yet each piece of veggie or lettuce had a light coating of the dressing. Oh! And if you’re concerned about how much you’re eating or how healthy the options are, each portion of each salad comes with a calorie estimator. Handy and healthy for the win! To drink there’s everything from free fresh water to bottled water, soda and kombucha. They have vegan/gluten free cookies from Skydottir and all of the forks, bowls, napkins, etc are compostable or recyclable. The space itself is cute too. There’s room for people to dine-in and the green arrow along the floor clearly marks where to go to place your order and then to pay. Super easy! Everyone here was friendly too. Such a plus if you’re looking for a new lunch spot and you plan to become a regular. I’ll be back again to try more salads but will definitely need to eat that taco salad again soon!
