Food is freshly made, tasty and fast. Perfect healthy lunch. I’ll be coming back! I had the Kevin quinoa, black bean, butternut squash, feta, romaine(no kale) salad and it was delicious! Only drawback is no seating inside.

I ordered a sweet burn: it was more sweet than burn – which was sad because I think it would’ve been a lot better had it more ginger or cayenne pepper. I could only taste the pineapple and coconut part. Maybe it tastes different in the bottle?(I ordered mine fresh) But $ 7 for a 16oz juice is a pretty good price! I just think I prefer their green drinks.

Well I went back. My coworkers had told me it changed. You’d think it would be to improve the wait times or space, but NOOOOO. I arrived at 11:54am and all said and done, it took me 23 minutes to get through the line. I also had to order three times; once at the beginning of the line, second as they«customize» your bowl and then again when you pay. You’re better than this Starbucks.

I’ve now been to this store on numerous occasions and would be remiss in not updating my review. Also: yes, this is a Starbucks offshoot. Boo! Hiss! Down with corporate america. Whatever. I don’t care. They make healthy/fresh/delicious easy and convenient so YAY! This is a great(albeit a bit pricey) grab & go option in the downtown core area. Their salads, simmers, and scrambles are packed to the gills with goodies like greens, grains, legumes, etc. Flavor gets a boost by any of several available sauces(lemon tahini is my fave!). I’m a soup addict and love love love the simmer option. A sizeable portion of yummy veggie broth filled studded with pretty much whatever you want, super yummy, and very reasonable on the calories. The scrambles(their eggs are weird so I sub tofu) are the perfect size for an afternoon snack that is hot, packed with protein, and greens. I have tried their smoothies & juices and they are great– but I mainly stick to the delicious salads and simmers as a quick lunch option. They get an extra star for me for quickness. I love evergreens up the street, too, but you either have to order online before 11am or after 1pm or be prepared to wait for 30 + minutes. Evolution Fresh somehow has this down. You are in, out, and on your way in under 10 minutes.

Why oh why is Evolution not in Los Angeles! The soup! I get the same kale soup every time and it never fails. The service is so friendly and quick and the soup can be customized. I wish they were less expensive. $ 12 soup is crazy, but when an LA girl gets cold, she needs some warmth!

THISIS A STARBUCKS!!? I’m so upset. Regardless, I can’t stop going. If you work in the retail core, or even if you’re shopping, their smoothies are the perfect pick-me-up, both in sweetness and natural energy. Their lunchish options run under $ 5 and they have this meal replacement bar that is just magic. Rachel made us custom smoothies to finish out my(year old) punch card the other day. She was super nice and I’ll probably just be back to see her, ha! I also love the smooth avocado(good for meal replacement) and anything with berries, yum!

I’ve been here 3x in the past week. Each time I got something different and each time there was an ingredient or two missing. You have to really pay attention when they make your food because they are not paying attention.

I don’t love this place but I don’t hate it either. The smoothies are fresh and delicious. They’re not very sweet — considering they use fresh fruit and fruit isn’t always the sweetest. The fresh juices are pretty good too, sometimes I find that they’re too strong with ginger. I’m not a huge fan of their prepackaged food. But it is nice that you can switch up the dressings considering they mix it for you. I had the southwestern scramble today and it was surprisingly tastier than I expected it to be. I added avocado, the worker forgot to add the avocado. I didn’t notice until I opened my container at work. I’m not going to go back and demand some avocado but I do expect to get avocado when I pay for it. — it wasn’t even busy, there was one person in front of me. Aside from that, I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. The store is clean and the workers are always friendly and helpful when you have a question.

We ordered the blueberry & bejuice is pre-made :(they just mix it together. I still like the fresher veggies and fruits that are not pre-made.

I’m new to Seattle, and wanted to have a healthy snack/smoothie/late lunch, whatever you call what you eat at 4:00PM, and I had no idea about this place until I saw it. It was pretty eye-catching and I immediately felt the urge to go in. I loved their selection of different smoothies they had, but couldn’t decide so I just asked which one they thought was the best(same goes for the salad). I ended up getting Mel’s Avo Salad and a Smooth Blue Smoothie. I did think the salad tasted a bit dull, so my next trip I added chicken and it tasted amazing. The smoothie was to DIE for and somehow I felt reenergized and refreshed the second I had a sip. I love how they promote healthy food options at a fairly reasonable price. I do wish the store itself as a bit bigger, but I know that it’s not something they can really fix unless they relocate, and I’m sure it’s geared towards take outs anyway. Way to go EvFresh!

Delicious juice. Quick service and very helpful. Didn’t know what I wanted and they were made some great recommendations. Heading off to the game energized and ready.

Wanted something light for a late lunch with heavy plans for dinner. Line was very long, but the service was friendly. My friend and I both ordered meals and I was a bit shocked to see them open pre-packaged food to prepare our meals. Fine, I can live with the assumption that everything is made fresh that day. When they prepared our meals, the emptied the prepackaged container and added the dressing /broth — depending on what you ordered, then they put it back in the container and serve it to you. Well, um, mine was mixed and put back into my friends container — leaving bits of mint from his dish into mine and threw the entire meal off. Two meals, two smoothies(which were really great) was $ 33. Was a bit high for what we ended up getting, in my opinion. Would not come back, but didn’t hate that I went there either.

Evolution Fresh is a great quick lunch stop when you’re in a hurry. If I’m low on time and still want a good salad, I stop here and grab the Jon’s Salad, which comes with avocado and chicken. They mix the salad for you which is awesome and very convenient. It is a little pricey for the portion, but it’s yummy and quick. The smoothies here are also awesome! But honestly they should be at $ 8 each. They do have a punch card and are good about asking you for it in case you forget!

The juices tastes very fresh! They had a very unique selection! My fav is the sweet beet, the hubby loves it too! Our 1 year old always orders a fresh apple juice, she gobbles it up! But what I really love are Their smoothies!!! The smooth orange ginger is heaven!!!(As long as you like ginger! I love it! I’ve never had a mixture like this! It’s interesting! And heavenly!!! The hubby always loved the smooth mango. Its a good smoothie! Very classic, for the non adventurous!!! They offer food as well, but every time we go, they are out of quite a few items, so we don’t even bother to look at the food anymore. But the smoothies and juice more then make up for them running out of food(and clearly if they are running out, people are liking it! We just often come in the evening, so I’m sure if we showed up earlier, we could try their food.) There is a reason why Starbucks sells their items!!!

The juice shot is not for the lightweights. Should you choose to clear your nostrils, aid your digestion and taste this concoction, plan accordingly. It is not the best tasting so you will be offered a shot of pineapple juice or apple juice as a chaser. I recommend chasing it with one of the aforementioned. For $ 1.95, it is well worth it, but it comes with a price. A price I happily chose to pay after eating way too much crap while visiting. I found myself trying any and everything I did not get to try during my last visit and a few things I enjoyed enough to have again. So, this was a welcomed detox. And it did what was expected.

#19 Apparently Starbucks owns this place. And it shows. Despite the things being made fresh and things are thrown into a blender as most juice bars, it really isn’t as impressive as those you can find in Portland because the ingredients are a little lacking in freshness themselves. Honestly, I only remembered being disappointed in the drinks here.

I didnt even know this was a part of Starbucks Corpo. This place is pretty small so it can get be a cluster up in there. When you walk in, if you see a crowd, just make your way to the counter, its so small in there that you may mistakenly take it as a queue of people waiting to order, nope… its them waiting for their order. Ordered the Sam’s buckwheat noodle bowl as a cold salad, it was pretty good, got me some hot sauce and made it better! Fresh veggies, ok noodles, and a light dressing and I added tofu for another $ 2.
Also, got me a juice and it came to be $ 15!!! Prices are quite expensive… all organic and the sizes are on the smaller side. The staff is really nice and friendly though.

I was pleasantly surprised at the food! I got the lentils salad and chose to add chicken and add broth — it was really tasty and gave me a brand new idea of mixing salads and adding broth for lunch :) I could do this at home but of course Evolution Fresh does all the chopping, cooking, etc all for me — it’s a little bit exp but it was surprisingly filling. I haven’t tried their smoothies but I’d def come back if I wanted a healthy lunch!

This location is convenient and always clean and bright inside. I love getting anything at Evolution Fresh for lunch and my go-to is Kevin’s quinoa salad and a green juice. Always yummy and quick. My only complaint is that the physical location is so tiny. If it were out in the suburbs, it would be fine, but being in the middle of a metropolitan city, the tiny space cannot accommodate more than a few people waiting for their lunch.

3 visits for morning breakfast smoothies using my Evolution Fresh bottle: 1. no discount. bottle filled up to the top and returned to me clean. 2. 10% discount. bottle filled up to the top and returned to me clean. 3. $ 0.10 discount. bottle returned to me messy from spilled smoothie. bottle not full. so while the smoothies are still consistently delicious, healthy and slightly expensive, the experience is not yet consistent.
