Humble Pie is gourmet food hidden in a casual and warm atmosphere. The pizzas are wonderful – my favorite being the one with eggs from their heirloom hens that live right outside(in a clean, well-designed enclosure), arugula, and mushrooms, and they always have really good local beer on tap. Wednesdays are half off wine night and they have great WA state wines, and the best part is, in summer the outdoor seating seems always bathed in nice light and full of other friendly guests. It’s a great place!

We joked with a friend about how we always drive by here and never stop because you can’t really tell if it’s open. And then we continued to not come here. Driving by, you’re thinking, could that place really be that good? After craving pizza and looking at the menu, I called, placed an order, and picked up my pies. The Beechers with bacon and apples and the whole hog are my two favorites. Yes, it is that good. Come by, get a pie! Or two.

Delicious pizza and salad! Cant wait to try that new outdoor sitting area they’re building during the rainy weather. I personally love pizza margarita… So good… The parking sucks but if you don’t mind walking it’s ok

Never disappointed by the pizza here! Perfect crust with flavorful toppings. We always go with the prosciutto egg pizza but today we tried out the apple bacon… Amazing!

Good pizza the sad thing is they really up the price. Besides that love how thin and crispy the dough is. Love the whole hog!

Some of the better pizza in Seattle, but the crust has a bland water cracker flavor that doesn’t add to the flavor. Food came out in reasonable time(a slow Friday night). Friendly service. Love that outdoor seating but wonder how wayside weather will effect the dining experience. Vibe was very cute and indie, and loved some of the flavor combos. Didn’t pass the margarita standard test, but could totally see bringing friends on a nice lazy day for a little slice of Seattle.

Best pizza in Seattle! The crust is something special, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the staff are super nice. Brian(the owner) is the best! We’ve been going here regularly since they opened in 2013. Our favorites are the eggplant, soppresata and mushroom egg pizzas. Yes, you may have to deal with long lines and wait for food, but it’s worth it. Grab a drink(maybe a beer from one of their rotating taps), relax in the yard, hang out with the chickens and your pizza will be out soon.

This place is very cute, nice staff, and street parking was easy to find. The menu was amazing, priced well, and tap list pretty darn good for a little pizza place. The pizza crust was perfect – thin but still chewy and flaky. I loved sitting by the window and watching them put eggs in the cast iron skillet then toss them on the pizzas. It was very busy when we came in, and unfortunately our pizza got lost in the shuffle. The staff were VERY nice and accommodating. I got a refund on my pizza and a free beer. The pizza was great and I was very satisfied with how quickly they got it out once they found out our ticket was lost. I ended up putting the refunded money in the tip jar, because I was having a fun time sipping a beer and watching the woodfire oven do its thing on top of being happy with the resolution to the issue.

Humble is a great descriptor for this place! You can tell sustainability is their thing. The place looks like it’s made from a shipping container. The first thing I noticed was the chicken coup. Then the giant sunflowers lining the area. I’m sure they grow some of their own ingredients. Plenty of outdoor seating with very little covered seating. Not sure how this place takes it when it rains, but I assume most people go here for take out then. You can see them fire up the pizza right behind the register! We got the mushroom, egg, arugula, caramelized onions, truffle oil, and mozzarella and we added bacon. They were definitely generous with the amount of arugula. First time being here, I was really impressed with this pizza! Although they did forget to put the bacon on it the first time, they made us a second one for free. They also offered us a refund but we took the second pie. –1 star because they forgot to make it for us and we had to remind them. I think the quality was great and it was decent pricing so I would still come back and try other pies. It was also fun feeding the chickens or crust :)

Went here on a whim and recommendation of my two Spanish friends who were visiting for the week after a hike — amazing. Such a delightful surprise on the side of the road and a great addition to the neighborhood. We ordered some local beer and cider — so good to have these options available — to go with the pizza. The two pies we ordered eggplant and arugula/egg/prosciutto were delicious though took a very long time to get. Would come back — with the expectation of waiting for awhile to get the pies. The setting and design is also noteworthy. They did an incredible job with the space and location — the summer outdoors seating near the chicken coop and sunflowers blooming made it a memorable experience. Nearly perfect — except for the extraordinary wait for the pies.

I’m pretty sure I just found my new favorite pizza spot! The pie was delicious and I’m so happy that they have field roast as one of the vegetarian options. They actually have a ton of vegetarian options available and they’re willing to make changes to the pizzas if you ask. Next I’m gonna tried the apple spiced walnut with beechers, because let’s be honest, you can’t go wrong with beechers! After reading Unilocal reviews and tips, I decided to place an order for take out. When I called and placed they were very nice on the phone and told me that the time would be 25 minutes. Once the time rolled around I headed a few blocks over to Humble and saw a pretty long line there. I asked a busser if there was another line for pickup and he said no. I sat in line waiting to pay for and pick up my pizza for about another 25 minutes. This was very frustrating to me, especially because they didn’t seem to have one dedicated cashier. She was trying to stock up items and help with prep in between customers. This made the wait time pretty long. I know things can get pretty hectic back in a kitchen but someone should be designated to the register. The line is unappealing and my stomach wasn’t very happy with the added wait time. Plainly put, I was hangry! If I do take-out I will call then head there to wait in line so I won’t have the issue again. Besides that, I loved the pizza. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant as well. Next time I go, I will be eating in for the full experience. Also, they have a happy hour from 4 – 6 with $ 5 margherita pizza! Can’t beat that.

Few miles outside of downtown this place produces some of the best pizzas I’ve had on the west cost, it’s that good. The whole hog pizza comes highly recommended. Smoky, pulled pork, prosciutt + another pork product on top of a thin New York crust. Heavenly stuff. Local beer and wine on tap for under $ 5, and a large pie for around 9. One of my favorite eateries in Seattle. 5 stars.

I’ve tried coming here before but the line to order has been long, and the wait for pizza even longer… so I left. But last night, I called ahead and ordered a pizza so it was ready when I got there! I think that’s the move for this place. The pizza itself was a standard margarita, and I enjoyed it! The crust was pretty good, a little chewy(which may have been the only negative of ordering ahead… It probably sat there a little longer), but the sauce was solid! I went on a Wednesday and the live music and half dollar bottles of wine made the atmosphere perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back again on a Wednesday!

Casual, such a great backyard dining out experience to share with friends. We had a half marguerite: half mushroom egg arugula pie. This was such a nice break from the pre-July 4th traffic, it was quiet, we got a table right away and no line at 7:15pm, although the dining area filled up quick with cool locals. The red fire oven behind the counter is quite a sight, overall a very cool local experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve never had a pizza I disliked, from here. We usually order to-go, but their space is great… and humble/simple. The chicken pizza is delish, and they have a way of getting their meat additions pretty crispy. They use organic when possible, and in this area, is the best pizza you can find. Sometimes they hold inconsistent hours, but it’s not often enough to be a big deal. Everyone needs a break, sometimes.

Nestled between the i~district and soul bucks lies this hipster pizza haven. Known for its simplicity and outdoor chicken coop, stay up to date with their many offerings of pizza toppings. Quite simply amazing. And I couldn’t help think that the eggs on my pizza came from a local source. Crowd favorites include whole hog, sopressata, etc but they also have an incredible margarita pizza that shouldn’t be overlooked. They’ve perfected the idea that fancy pizza doesn’t have to come with fancy ambiance. That’s not Seattle! This is definitely a local hangout so if you come here, come with no pretense. Instead, grab a beer, a slice of pizza, and think of names of the impressive chickens in their coop. A must try.

*CALLAHEADTOPLACEYOURORDER! I came here on a Friday night, and it was busy. The line to order was long, it took about an hour from the time I arrived to the time the Pizza came to me. I had ordered the Prosciutto and egg pizza, it was a good pizza, although I could have used more topping of prosciutto. I like that you can bring your own growler to fill.

Maybe because I watched a little bit too much of The Walking Dead lately but the layout really creeped me out. I half expected some zombies to be popping out of the entrance. Perfect for Halloween. My friend and I tried to visit this place because I’ve heard so many great things about it. We tried both times and very successfully hit their hours of non-operations. Third time is the charm. Despite my overactive imagination, I think this would be a neat little hang out spot during summer nights. Service was super friendly and the pizza definitely makes me humble.

Pie so cute, makes you squeal! Cute little spot– check! Super cool pizz oven — check! Outdoor seating area with chickens– check check! Pies humble enough to gorge on for days/check check check! This place has all the cute and coolness factors you can want from a pizza joint and then some. Not to mention their amazingly delicious pies! It’s a total win. I wasn’t sure how big the pizzas were online so I ordered two on the phone. I came in, squealed and waited a few minutes. They apologized for the wait since I called 15 minutes ahead but I didn’t mind the wait. It was sunny and quite pleasant to sit out on the patio! And I got to watch my pizzas being cooked in their cool dome oven. All bubbly and stuff. And viola! * Prosciutto with arugula and egg — the egg was nice and crispy! I really love this even though I felt there were a tad too much arugula on it. * Pizza with potatoes! This was just a last minute add in because I wanted to try something different. Think margherita but with potatoes slices instead of mozzarella. Definitely different and tasty! They were also pretty darn big in size too. I could’ve just gotten one to share between two people. But with their prices being so affordable, I didn’t mind. The egg on that prosciutto pizza was simply bomb! They have pretty extensive menu too. Looking forward to going back so I can try all of their tasty little humble pies! Yey!!! Thanks, humble pie!

I didn’t think it would be good. I thought it would be overpriced. I thought it would be dirty because of the proximity to rainier and the chickens. Wrong, worng, worng… I think to much. The food here is delicious. The shipping containers make me envious and make me want to live in one. I loved the pizza and I loved being able to sit at the bar and just enjoy the cool breeze with my thin crust pizza. The sauce on the pizza is just right. The thin crust was baked perfectly. and best of all it is not overpriced and I was actually full walking away. The signs say they use the freshest ingredients and all organic non gmo goodness. I believe them. Ill be more than happy to frequent this place again.
